Good basic budget hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing really. Location isn’t easily accessible by public transport, but we knew that going in (we were attending a festival at a nearby event center). Probably best suited for guests with cars. A little far from Paris itself for most tourists, but it was the right choice for us.

the man at the front desk was awesome. he was kind and helped me get the bags upstairs. NOTE: THERE IS NOT AN ELEVATOR which is a bad gig if youre dragging your 80 year old mother with you. parking was free, easy and close. there was a gate and the neighborhood felt shady but this is often true with airport hotels. at the hotel itself i felt safe. there was a smoker even tho it says no smoking which was very disappointing. gas station is right next door which is nice for filling before car return

no elevator makes it difficult

The hotel is a basic stopover hotel but the room was clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water with a good shower and the breakfast was delicious ( as much coffee as you wanted, really good scrambled eggs and bacon, delicious bread and croissant selection, orange juice, yoghurt etc) a nd all for an incredibly reasonable 8.5 Euros.

It could have been better signposted off the road. I needed to ask directions.

I was worried that I would have heard planes because the hotel is close to the airport, but I could only hear a few of them, so you can sleep well. The bed was huge and comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean, but the equipment is very simple, the lightining was bad. For breakfast you can choose from scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, all kinds of French bakery, jams, cheese, salami. All the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is in a terrible location. It is located in area where is not a single white person. For me, as a physically small blonde woman, it was not pleasant at all. Yes, the quality of the hotel corresponds to the price, but I did not expect something like this. There are places in Paris that are just not worth going to, and this is one of them. The neighborhood is full of garbage. Hotel is also too far away, you can use public transport to reach the Arc of Triumph in more than an hour.

Its location next to the beautiful Parc Robert Ballanger where you can go for a run, walk, or even a picknick! In addition, within ten minutes walking distance you have Lidl, H-market, and Carrefour supermarket. The free parking and the very comfortable bed were also good.

Obviously, as expected, the room was indeed small. But it is better to have a small room because of the ensuite bathroom than a larger room with a shared bathroom. And there were some noisy neighbors who seemed to fight with their children in the middle of the night, but that was obviously just bad luck.

Great price, plenty of parking, breakfast was included in the price. Staff were polite and friendly.

The area let the B&B down a little, that said I only needed somewhere as a base whilst visiting people in Paris.

Easy to park, friendly staff who speak very well English, nice clean room and bathroom, quiet room

No elevator but ok for us because we were only in the 2nd floor and the stairs are spacious

Convenient location, free parking, and the lady that checked us in was very helpful and friendly. The room was nicely sized and clean.

A kettle to heat water would be nice.

It’s clean quiet and cosy place staff was very professional and helpful both evening and morning both staff was fully professional absolutely welcoming
