Clean, good breakfast, correct size of room and bathroom. Location because we where interested in Le Bourget Airport

The pillows were very small and there was not a second pillow if you would like to have more. Having in those days a major event nearby (Salon de l'aereonautique a Le Bourget Airport) I would expect an activity from the hotel to support clients going to the event (e.g. a small bus at 5 € per person to go from the hotel to the venue). There is a bus station outside but the bus was full and only available every 30 minutes

The staff was very polite and at the same time, it is good to note that check in and check out procedures were surprisingly smooth and speedy. Though the hotel was closed to the A1 main road, the windows were adequately isolated to filter almost all of the outside traffic noise. The hotel was 2 minutes walking distance away from a nearby public transport system. This property is well secured, and the entrance gate is monitored via camera/interphone system. The gate is controlled remotely. After leaving a spot where breakfast was taken, the table and area were immediately cleaned. That gave an idea of seriousness about cleanliness. Thank-you

As it was quite often raining, umbrellas could have been positioned near the entrance/exit door for guests to make use of. Same is returned afterwards during the day or night. This could have been at no charge or against a minimal fee. If an umbrella is damaged or lost, then a guest will have to a re-imburse it.

The best Ibis ever, on account of having an amazing Queen size bed. Very recommended. My rating was 93 out of 100. Wholly commendable, and highly recommendable, henceforth, and futuristically thus then.

The water pressure could definitely be improved by 50% at least! Water pressure the only issue then.

The tv! May sound silly but this bumped my rating from 7 to 9. I watched the champions league from the comfort of my bed. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Ideal location for an early morning flight. Bus stop for the 350, right outside the door (Robert Bremond) which couldn’t have been better for getting to Charles de Gaulle. lady on the desk on arrival was very friendly.

I’m English so 18 degrees is quite warm, would have liked air conditioning but was told it’s not the season for cool air which is fair enough (April). We would have liked a plug socket on both sides of the bed.

Good value for money. Nice warm shower heating is ok. I will certainly return

The wifi could be better. That is a serious handicap if you want to work.

We mistakenly picked the wrong date for our booking but the Ibis staff was kind enough to correct the date for us at no cost. Thank you!

The rooms / services are much better/ cleaner than most of the other hotels nearby.

Few truck parked nearly blocked the entrance of the hotel. Took me a while to find the location

Calm environment, great staff especially Patrick. Ready to help. Cleaning is good. facilities like micro wave. we could keep our drinks in their fridge also.

Some cleaning staff do not know the French language not the English language. they need to upgrade

Friendly, helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible room. Could only hear a little of the motorway traffic next door.
