Great location if you're flying out of CDG Airport - it's just a few minutes by frequent RER train. The hotel is MUCH more affordable and less crowded then the airport hotels!

The proximity to the train station and thus the good connection to the Paris Air Show and the large parking lot in front of the door. Overall, the value for money is right!

The hotel and the room are not particularly clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly, but sometimes a bit lost and don't speak English but only French. In the room, you can listen to your room-neighbours talking etc.

The location was good with lots of choice of restaurants nearby, and very close to the metro station. The street is reasonably quiet at night. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were ok but only one pillow per bed provided and the duvet is a bit thin.

The room was VERY dated, with lots of things that needed looking at, for example the toilet seat did not stay up on its own, there was no soap of any kind provided, the shower was very weak, the room was quite cold and the air con which was supposed to heat as well as cool did not work properly. Breakfast was really basic, one day there were no croissants left and another day one of the staff had to go and get bread and a croissant for me because they had already closed the breakfast area (at 9:15, it was supposed to be open until 10:30). The coffee was atrocious. There were a few other things offered but fairly basic. The breakfast area is in the windowless basement of the hotel, not sure if this is because of some renovations currently going on in the ground floor or not. There is a lift but is VERY small and a bit claustrophobic. The walls are pretty thin, there was some noise from neighbouring rooms but was not that bad.

The staff at the property were really friendly and helpful.

The property desperately needs maintenance. I had to change rooms a couple of times due to leaks. Rooms were also dusty and need cleaning.

Interior is looking very tired - it needs renovation. Not particularly cheap given the price. Good location, close to park and town centre.

Very basic plasticky look - had to ask for toilet paper. Wifi is so slow as to be unusable.
