The staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, always checking in that everything was OK. The hotel was squeaky clean, the bed comfortable and my room spacious. As it was very hot when I was there (34+ degrees), it was great to have a good air conditioning system. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the station, which is just a few stops away from both CDG airport and Gare du Nord.

No lift. The receptionist helped me with my luggage, which I really appreciated, but this would have been a big problem if I had mobility issues. There are no rooms on the ground floor. If there had been a lift, I would have given a 10 for this hotel.

A Wonderful Stay – Special Thanks to Daniella! I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect — especially the staff, who made the experience truly memorable. I want to give a special thank you to Daniella (I hope I’m not mistaken with the name!) at the reception — she was phenomenal: always smiling, incredibly helpful, and genuinely caring. Her energy during breakfast service and her dynamic, positive attitude showed how much she loves her work. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and I appreciate the great work of the cleaning ladies. A big thank you as well to the gentleman at reception who kindly helped us with our luggage and provided us with useful information. The hotel is located a bit far from central Paris, but that actually made the journey more special and adventurous. The area is very calm and peaceful, which added to the relaxing atmosphere. Thank you again to the whole team and especially to Daniella for her warmth and professionalism!

Room was small-like a dorm room, but completely adequate for 1 person (room was a single with single width bed). Staff members were friendly and pleasant, and spoke excellent English. They were accommodating when I needed to extend my stay. Breakfast was wonderful! Location was good for my needs. Within 1 km there are several good, affordable restaurants, and an Intermarche grocery right around the corner.

Bathroom was a "wet bath", ie, shower not enclosed so EVERYTHING in the room gets wet. After the first shower, I figured out to remove everything (including tp) from the room and make a little dam at the door with the bathmat. After that, smooth sailing.

room was clean, AC worked well, hot water for shower worked at all times. Toilet was clean. Staff was hospitable, location is peaceful and quiet. It is very near to bus stop that where bus comes frequently and can take you to the nearby station in a few minutes. Wi-fi worked without hassles. So it was good value for money.

Staff is not always at the front desk in the day time .. when i arrived i had to wait a few minutes outside the front door which can only be opened by the hotel receptionist and the person came after i could wave through one of the restaurant area windows at one of the people inside the hotel who informed the receptionist that I was waiting outside.

Great hotel with a good ubication. Extraordinary service from Daniela, Amin, and the housekeeper was just fantastic. I stayed for a week, and they made me feel at home. Close to the Parc Exposition and the Airport, 20" minutes and 50" minutes from central Paris. The room is very cosy and has everything you need. Excellent, thank you, and I hope to see you again soon.

Breakfast is fresh and delicious, but you may vary a bit for those guests on an extended stay.

Breakfast was good, you'll have variety of bread and cheese for €12. The rooms are clean. But one thing that stands out the most is the staff. I forgot her name but she's excellent and kind. Tried her best to speak English and gave me all the information I needed. She even asked if I need a hair blower.

You'll have to walk 10-15 mins to get to the hotel from metro. The shower is just beside the toilet bowl so it's hard to shower and not get everything wet. But nevertheless, everything is fine.

This is a perfect cheaper accommodation option to staying in expensive central Paris. Stay in outer Paris and commute in/out. Also convenient to CDG. It is a quirky clean secure hotel. We arrived late and it seemed the neighbourhood was a tad sketchy but we went out Locally and had no problems and all looked fine in the early following morning light. Bed was comfortable, hotel is clean, continental breakfast was lovely, all was secure. We would stay again - if ever we pass through Paris and cut the accommodation it’s. Staff are super friendly.

I missed having shower curtains.

Nothing to complain actually. The room was extremely small, but for me that was completely fine and it was according to the description, so there is nothing to complain. The restaurant was closed on Sunday, but the staff helped me find good open ones nearby and also received my Uber eats order.

The staff here are outstanding, kind and compassionate, l so appreciated the early access to our room after an all night flight with my son who was unwell. The accommodation was delightful, comfiest bed, extra pillow, plenty of towels, coffee machine, water, blinds that make it like block out. You have to have the breakfast it will set you up for the whole day and was delicious. With supermarket close, metro 12 min walk away with one line to the airport & one to Paris, this really is the best place to stay! Highly recommended!

The hotel was very good value for money and the staff were very helpful and kind. Daniella, in particular, was really attentive, friendly and did everything she could to make our stay perfect! She's an amazing host.
