The apartment waa clean. Could have done with a maid coming in to give it a freshen up during the stay period to freshen up with new towels and toiletries. Although bit out from centre but I knew this when booking it.

Staff dont understand english very well. So speak slow. The whole deposit thing. Pay by cash on arrival you will get it back before you leave. If you pay by card you need to wait until after 2pm after I left and was on a flight home. Even although I explained to the girl who told me she would go up to my room quickly before I left the day of arrival and give me my deposit back onto my card on exit Then retracted what she said when I conforted her. So pay by cash with your deposit. I left the room spotless....Will check bank to see if deposit is paid in. This information should be made clearer on arrrival..it is located in very quiet clean place which is for older residents. Very friendly. The lift is a bit slow. (Rooms in carehome)

that was fabulous place to stay. clean, quite, area was good to commute.

nothing really. I didn’t know that it was a residence for older people. the accommodation has its own restaurant, gym, cinema and washing machine. unfortunately they are all for old people residing there only. not for the visitors like us.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with ample kitchen supplies.

It would have been nice to have a hair dryer in the bathroom, and also access to a cork screw.
