The big rooftop terrace with garden planters that was part of the room with city view, ground level breakfast area with a view of the Marne River, very good WiFi connection, impeccably clean and updated room with nice decors, kitchenette with all the kitchenware / cookware available in the room, elevator for easy access to the hotel / room, professional manager with awesome and top customer service / relation, friendly and accommodating staff, underground and secure parking area, and very centrally located - near the train / bus station, grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and parks / recreational areas. Overall, highly recommended hotel - has everything one needs with good value.

We stayed in the suite room featured in the Ad of this aparthotel in Booking.com. This was my 2nd time in this property and honestly, was really good and the attention has improved since my last stay in the Summer of 2022.

The staff needs be trained more for English because this is Paris, most touristy city in earth. Not a lost town at the end of the world. They need to state as well more clearly where the trash dumpsters are.

The hotel was nice in a safe location near the river looks beautiful as per decor

some staff don’t speak english especially when you call from outside to confirm, there is noise from the station as people are parting under bridge, for room 205 I would recommend a small sofa , we didn’t have cleaning service but if you request something they will provide

The room was clean all around and all was properly furnished, including some complementary snacks, teabags/cofeesticks and some mineral water (at no extra charge).

The junior suite is on the first floor and there it can become quite loud with windows open ( a necessity for a warm part of the year)

Close to train station. Nice staff and also vehicle was nice and safe parked underground.

No vent in bathroom and water was flowing over whole floor. But just used a towel and tried it up.

Great place to stay when visiting Paris. RER station is very close, together with some opportunities for quick shopping for food. Room was really big and we had enough space for family of four.

Person at reception does not speak English very well so it was bit complicated to get answer on some questions when we asked for help.

Loved the location and the service was excellent. Great value for money.

No A/C which can be difficult in some of the south facing rooms. Fans are provided.

Our fourth stay here Great quiet base to explore Paris from. Rer 3 mins walk, large Auchan 5 mins. Also on night bus route

Facilities were basic in keeping with star rating but clean

Very good location. Metro is about 5-10 minutes from the hotel by foot, supermarket 10 minutes by foot. Hotel had an underground parking for €10 a day which was very nice.

Breakfast was not worth the money. We had to pay €14 per person per day, but we had leftovers (3 chocolate croissants, half a baguette and some lemon cake). The woman working at the breakfast room didn’t restock anything. For €14 we expected way better. I recommend you go to the supermarket and buy some stuff yourself as you have a fridge in the room.

It was located near the RER A, close to Disney and Paris. It was convenient for me to visit relatives in the area and explore the city.
