The cleanliness, the silence in the hotel, the view, the tea and coffee every morning and the room in general with the bathroom.

The window didn't dim the outside sound completely and a bit of cold air was coming through the window, maybe the gaskets are worn, which did not allow the room to heat up as I imagined. But it wasn't cold though. Wall heating does not bring hot air, only at room temperature. But the electric heater on the wall worked and it was fine. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again on a future vacation.

It was only one chair in double room. Small fridge would be useful especially during the summer.

The stuff was super polite, the room was cleaned and they chamged our sheets as agreed. We had warm water all the time, bed was suped cozy and the heat was just right.

Just location, its a bit further than the main facilities- so we lost around 45 mins to get ti them ( on the weekends almost doubled)

A quiet and peaceful hotel to stay, close to all amenities such as the train station, few kebabs and restaurants. Nice mini shop mart when we discover more.

I wish they would understand English better. I've learnt my lesson at least to study French language 🙋. I became so frustrated when no one understands me.

Very friendly reception staff; room was small but adequate and good value for money. Good view of the river, convenient parking facilities.

For the price it was fine - could have done with some hand towels (only got one towel each in the bathroom, but sure they would have given us extras if we had asked).

The hotel is exactly as expected. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The staff is helpful and efficient.

I found the room too small. It was difficult to find a spot to put our suitcases open even on the floor.

When I arrived late on the first night I showed the reception man a picture of campanile Nogent-sur-Marne he said it was not the hotel and he did not know where it was. I asked if he had a room for 3 nights, he said No, just 2 nights. He did not seem interested and was not helpful. I left and booked on booking.com. It was the campanile Nogent-sur-Marne and I booked for 3 nights. Not very helpful man/ staff member. Every one else was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good value and variety of products..

The long walk to the train station. A shuttle car could be a good source of revenue and convenience to guest.

Personnel at the front desk spoke only French. I speak 3 languages and still had issues communicating.

Couldn't control the a/c or it appeared to not be working, wasn't worth the trouble of trying to get it sorted, we weren't spending long stretches of time in the room.
