The reception staff Hugo and Leah were excellent. The location was very central. Grocery store just outside the hotel, train station a 10 minute walk, lots of restaurants. The room had a small kitchenette with a microwave, fridge and crocker. Reception area had a cafe for breakfast etc There is a laundry room in the reception area as well. Rates were very reasonable.

The air conditioning was being upgraded so no AC, the room was very hot, but they gave us a fan. No face napkins in the room.

The apartment was great, very well equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, good size room, nice clean bathroom. All the staff were super nice, helpful, friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely book again with Tulip residences.

AC was set up to heating even though it was around 27°C and we couldn't open windows because they were facing the main road and from early morning all kinds of trucks were driven underneath making noise. I would also appreciate it if the breakfast buffet would be more vegetarian friendly and had more varieties of cheese and spreads.

The location is not what it says here! It is no where near the city centre. We were exactly 1.1km walk from the hotel to the nearest metro station. Secondly, we had to get 2 different metros home from the city. It is a full 2.5 hours from Paris Beauvais airport- 2 metros and 1.5 hour bus journey: this hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, spacious, staff are super friendly but location was the biggest disappointment for us as a young couple exploring the city.

The location

Nice helpful staff, good breakfast, area for families and for people that enjoy a good pub next to the hotel and many grocery shops around. Was my 4th stay at hotel and I always wish to come back.

The only thing that could be better is the possibility to connect PC at tv. We didn't manage to watch the programs/movies we are used to when we wanted to relax after an active day in Paris.

Size of room and amenities. Cleanliness throughout, and the staff changed the towels and sheets daily. A free water dispensing machine in the lobby downstairs is also a nice touch. Cafeteria open daily if in need of a coffee or a quick bite.

The bed is a little stiff and a bit uncomfortable. The 15min walk to the closest metro station, but if you’re fine with walking (and the weather is good), no problem.

This is a really lovely place to stay at, I even saw manager or manageress cleaning the floors in the lobby. My room was spotless. Ability buy items at reception water, alcohol etc The hotel is close to RER for access to central Paris but local area is very friendly and Soulcat next door Irish bar is a bonus, not heard from the hotel. A 1min walk around the corner. I will definitely be returning again. chapeau 👏👏👏

Nice, simple room, with a usable mini kitchenette. Great little suburb with a great pub next door and some lovely shops and places to eat.

Transport links are a bit meh, 15 mins walk to the RER A line. We were 6 people, so we just got Uber everywhere. Kitchen utensils were okay, but we had to buy a cheap chefs knife for chopping, and there was no table and chairs to eat in the room.

I liked everything about the property. The place is the creation the room, the bathroom, the little kitchen with the fridge. The staff were so welcoming and polite. The place was very very clean and the fact that every day you guys change the sheets and clean the room that was amazing. I had a very, very good experience, can’t wait to come back again.

The only thing that I would say is the location there is not much to do around that city but it’s still good because the train station is not far away and the McDonald is just right across the street

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood looks safe and there’s a lot of restaurants, shops and bar around. Not too busy tho. I’d definitely come back and tell others about this place.

We stayed for 5 days and no one cleaned the room. Maximum they did was take out the bin from the bathroom, but didn’t touch the one in the kitchen (which was full). The only “problem” we had was that on the last day, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door because they wanted to clean the room, even entered without barely knocking and we were still sleeping. They basically wanted to expel us around 11 (the check out was at 12:00), because they wanted to clean the room.

We consider this to be a hotel in Paris because the RER takes you into the centre in 10 minutes. So the value for what you get (quite large rooms, efficient staff, very clean...) is excellent.
