Not bad at all, small, comfortable apartments for this money. Expectations correspond to the price. Of course, I would like a little more, but it would be more expensive. The apartment had all the necessary utensils, but we only cooked breakfast. There is a coffee machine, an electric kettle, we received a small compliment - 2 sticks of coffee, tea, 0.5 liters of water, and a cookie. The bed linen was clean, the bed was comfortable, towels for 4 people. Nearby, there is a bakery, a pizzeria, Lidl. Metro line 8 is 5 minutes from the hotel. You can get to the center without transfers.The area of ​​the apartment is quiet and calm.

At first glance, the apartment was clean, but when we took off our shoes and walked on the floor, the floor was sticky. There was no mop to wipe the floor ourselves. The fold-out sofa where the children were supposed to sleep was with spots.

The location of this Residence very convenient for Créteil and Paris visitors, as a Metro station (Maisons-Alfort les Juilliottes) is super close, with line 8 connecting easily. The room is really well fit (kitchen, room, bathroom) and clean, the atmosphere is very quiet and the staff always pays attention to one’s needs. There is even a supermarket (Carrefour) another few blocks away. The overall features made the stay really satisfying! 🤗💕

I didn’t dislike anything. Perhaps I wish I could’ve stayed longer! I didn’t try the breakfast offered by the Residence.

Excellent facilities, clean apartment. Location convenient for the Maisons Alfort La Juiliotte Metro station on line 8 taking you straight into the heart of Paris or into nearby Creteil with shops and a leisure lake. The Laundry facilities are reasonable, a vending machine by reception too. Beds comfortable and the staff extremely friendly with fluent English and of course French. Hafiz went over and above to get us to our room early following lengthy days of travelling. Tessa is also very efficient and friendly.

The room was clean and the sleeping couch surprisingly comfy,(very basic and a bit outdated tho) Staff is friendly and helpfull. Metro station is a 5 minute walk, and about 30 Minutes from Paris centre depending on where you want too go..great little bakery and small supermarket nearby.. all in all,Great value for money.. if your looking too visit paris on a budget 10/10 would recommend

Small bathtub (too be honest we didnt even expect one so 🤩) rooms are a litte bit noisy.. but nothing that will keep you from sleeping

The room was clean, the kitchen and crockery were clean, all the rooms and bedding were clean, the staff was very friendly and smiling, the location is good near the metro that goes directly to the center of Paris, very close to the bakery with the best croissants, a machine downstairs with drinks and snacks were very welcome, everything was ok, the surroundings were also fine

The room was a bit small and we couldn't all four of us sit at the kitchen table, that's a small thing as we were only in the room for the night, otherwise we were very happy with everything

Very close to metro train. Very helpful for getting into Paris to explore as a tourist. The facilities were really clean and comfortable and the staff were great and very helpful. The bakery nearby was awesome.

I would have preferred a few more shops around the location or being a bit closer to downtown. It would be great to have a fan available in the room. As a traveller it was unusual for me not to have a fan, which made sleeping not as easy. I realize this is not as common in France it seems, so maybe just an option for travellers would be great.

The rooms are pretty clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the metro station is closed to the hotel, and there is a bakery nearby.

For one whole day, there was no water in the apartment at all; There aren't enough furniture; The pricing policy of the hotel is fairly tricky. The lowest price shown in Booking (77 Euro) is just for the first day, which seems as a hook. Then, for the second and third day, it costs 90 euro and the next two days 97 euro. The longer you stay, the more expensive the price is. This is against the common rules, I'm afraid. In fact, I asked for adding one day before the first day for this reservation one month before the departure and I had to pay 112 euro for it! In a word, I've paid 558 euro for 6 nights there. It means that the average price is not 77 but 97.3 euro!

The property has a very good process in place for late checkin .The paid vending machine is good for midnight snacking.Also the staff was polite and room clean with all the necessities.

The location turned out to be not that convenient for us as during our visits due to construction the routes weren’t near the property and we have to walk to nearest station but manageable .And again there is some amount of traveling needed to reach tourist spot.
