I have started staying here every time I go France since it is near where I go grew up as a child. It’s very quiet, very clean, and the staff are nice. I’ve had a the good time, I could walk up to the cleaner and asked for things like toilet paper if I run out of any. The cleaners also knock on the door before entering which I find so polite compared to other experiences I’ve had in other places. I will definitely come back.

I just didn’t get to use the WiFi, it wasn’t working in my room but it was my fault for forgetting to ask the staff about it so I just used my normal data as I honestly didn’t care.

We had an amazing stay in Campanile Creteil Hotel. The room we booked had two separate really comfortable beds with cozy beddings. the whole place was really clean and they even came and cleaned every day. even if we were busy in the morning they came back to clean out and change the towels and the linen in the afternoon.Everyone in the staff was really nice to us and they were always happy to help us. It had a relatively good location, close to the Metro 8, Creteil Soleil, the biggest shopping center available in the neighborhood and to the city center in Creteil.

It would only be an extra and we were aware we booked the room without it but a small fridge in the rooms or in any of the rooms would increase the convenience level extremely and according to our thoughts it wouldn’t be a big investment for such a hotel.

The staff were very friendly. It was good value for money, bed comfortable despite being near the reception, I couldn’t hear anything which was so good. 10minutes by walk from a very large shopping centre and there’s so many options in what to eat and more. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Bedsheets were clean, bathroom was clean, so were the towels and it was great.

We had been traverling the whole day so tired, we arrived at 9pm, the reception gave us our key when tried did not work so had to go see her again, she tried then she went to get other keys, It would have been nice to gave just gone into our room. But she was very nice about it.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were nice and respectful. It was so quiet and calm location. The location was good and a mall was close to us that had lots of restaurants and brands for shopping.

The rooms were so small that we couldn’t move easily. The breakfast was not good and we had limited options when we got down to have breakfast it was 10:00 am and most of the things were finished already.

The reception staff were helpful and nice.

A lady knocked on our door and woke us up. She was angry because we did not put the 'please clean my room/don't disturb sign' on the door handle. This is ridiculous and unappreciated since: we were only staying for 1 night, so no room cleaning anyway, and she woke us up.

Nice and clean hotel,comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and nice.

We liked everything, only the bathroom could have been a big bigger. But it was still clean.

Very close to the shopping center and metro station!

Small shower. For average person it's was OK to take a shower. The Bed mattress was too soft or something like that and felt like a trampoline, but that it's a personal preference.

Amazing friendly staff.Thank you guys, you are the best!!! We were late for breakfast and the kitchen-worker even brought the egg-boiler back for us! ❤ Ladies at reception very pleasant too. Good firm bed, nice tv in the room, wifi had a good speed.

Toilet was dirty, some hair was even on the bathroom walls. Should be much more clean next time.

Nothing really nearby in the evenings apart from a MacDonalds, especially as hotel doesn’t have a bar or restaurant.
