The breakfast was very delicious. Definitely one of the better breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel. The lady at reception, Paulina, was super friendly. She helped me when I was struggling to connect to the WiFi and she was very informative. I like that it's very close to the metro and right next to the concert venue

For some reason I was unable to connect to the WiFi. Even though I put in my information correctly, it said I was not in the system.

Beds were very comfortable. Location to La défense arena, train station and shopping centre was perfect. The hotel itself is very nice.

Entrance was difficult to find and not very accessible if you have luggage (prepare to take a lot of stairs) Bathroom wallpaper had small spots of mould on it but in large quantities Tv remote control didn’t work very well. Maybe the batteries needed changing.

We were in Paris for a concert, and this hotel was a perfect location at a close distance from the arena so pretty easy to get to and from the concert. Also the center is a couple of stops away, pretty easy to reach

The only issue we had was connecting to the internet. Not sure if it was the room, but the connection would either not work or drop after a bit. Had to use mobile data while in the room

The hotel is really nice, the room was clean and spacious very accommodating for myself and my sisters. And also as we came for the concert the distance between the arena and the hotel was super easy, accessible and secure. Really enjoyable

The only minor thing I’d add is the power of the shower, it could be slightly stronger but apart from that everything is great

Very convenient if you are staying here for a concert (we did). The hotel could use some fresh up, but was absolutely ok - slept well and and the breakfast was also very nice. Would book again as also convenient for visiting the center as the subway is in walking distance

Great place to stay for Paris visits. We will be back. Good and safe parking under the hotel, clean and good rooms. And other than a good shopping mall next door for some shopping a 30 minute taxi ride from the center. There’s also public transport nearby. Breakfast is great.

Great location to access La Defense Arena and very close to the Grand Arch and train stations. Hotel staff very friendly and rooms were comfy and clean. Food was delicious at the restaurant and staff were lovely.

The restaurant/bar could have been open until later for hotel guests, particularly at the weekend or after the concerts at La Defense Arena when a lot of guests were wanting to socialise after the show.

Every thing was outstanding, the facilities, location, clean level, parking, room size and beds Staff were so much kind and helpful For sure I recommend this hotel for everyone Thanks all

Staff were really lovely and helpful. Great location for La Défense Arena.

The room was nice but not very big, and the lighting was very low. For the price we were expecting something a little better appointed. We couldn't get the bath plug to work and the shower was very low-powered.

The hotel has better rooms than in the city, however, it is rather far from city center, but there is a subway nearby, so transportation is not an issue to us.
