The hotel it self was really nice. But they're renovating so can't wait to see what it looks like when finished. Staff where kind and food was nice nothing outstanding. I felt comfortable and safe. The WiFi was also fast which was a huge plus.

It was difficult to find upon arrival as its not on the ground floor you have to go up stairs to access the hotel. Definitely suggest a lift or door on ground floor for disabled individuals that can't access through stairs.

Amazing hotel, I loved it so much!! Very neat, and they cleaned our room every day! The staff were extremely friendly to us and they helped us very well. If we needed something, they would immediately help. They gave us the right amount of facilities, such as soap,towels,a kettle, etc.There is a 2 minute walk where you can find a bus and metro station.Overall, you should visit this hotel as it is worth the money and stay in France!

I didn't like the fact that we had to climb up the stairs just to enter the hotel. This was very hard, as we had many bags. Therefore, that would be a small problem for people with large luggages or prams.

Quiet area, good location (near rar stop that connects u with entire paris and more, in a decent ammount of time), good housekeeping service, you get what you paid for for sure.

To reach the entrance, u have to climb 2 flors up, outdoors, in not such pleasant surrounding (its dark, pavement is broken, easy to trip, 1 night on one of those starecases (there are 2), there was a homeless person sleeping).

Well, the room was very pretty and the bed was very high. I'm not that tall but it was perfect for me. The location was perfect, very close the the subway and just one station away from Ladefence shopping area, you can walk there också. I arrived very late because some problems with transportation, but it wasn't a problem because the reception was staffed all the time. Something that needs to be mention is that the line 1 of the subway is very convenient when it comes to tourist attractions. Get yourself a map and study the different subway routes. That will save you a lot of time.

The food could have been better. They should have maps at the reception, is standard. The accessibility of the building itself. Not so easy when you are carrying a lot of luggage.

The equipments in the room are great! It is not far from the train station, and easy to take train line A to city center in 20mins.

The you need to stair a little to the reception, no lift. So if you have heavy luggage, it won't be easy. The reception seems tinpot, especially the room for luggage storing. The first feel is disappointing. Also, the walkway to the room has simulating smell! Before entering the room, I don't like anything of this hotel. The WiFi connection from my room is also poor. But the room is super good!

i love the location of this hotel!!! a 3-4 minutes walk to the RER A which takes you to the most sought out parts of the city. The room was greatly furnished and also was quite big and comfortable. The couch (also a convertible bed) is very comfortable and the TV is very entertaining. The breakfast was also very good! They have a nice variety of croissants and pancakes and the scrambled eggs are so nice too! The personnel was also very helpful and nice.

Only few things i didn't enjoy were the practicality of the toilet and the bathroom which are separated. The toilet is very small and the separated shower in the bathroom doesn't have a place to put your toiletries on. Those are only small things though and it didn't matter for a short time stay.

This hotel is brand new. We had to climb 2 flights of stairs to get to the lobby cause the elevator wasn't in function yet. However, the rest was really nice. Rooms are freshly renovated and the whole place is nice and really close the la defence arena

Staff were polite and friendly and checking in and out was efficient Close to RER station and La Défense Arena Rooms were clean, comfortable and had everything you would need, including a fridge, which was very much appreciated!

Access to the hotel is by stairs only - I am mobile and only had one piece of luggage, but if you have several pieces of luggage or have mobility issues or are travelling with children, this could be an issue. As a solo female traveller, I also felt a little ineasy with this access and the stairwell wasn't the best lit

Went there with a friend. The location was top notch as we attended a concert in la defense arena, so it was really practical We also were able to do an early check-in at 10 am(we called and asked for it few days in advance) but paid an additional fee of 30 euros.

Room is very clean, they were cleaning daily. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast is good. As location it is very close to train station (6 minutes walk) and easy to reach Paris centre (with RER Arc de Triomphe is only 2 stops). There is a street park which is free at nights and at the weekends and not expensive during the day.

There is no direct entrance to the hotel from the street. You need to climb the stairs of 2 floors to reach to the hotel entrance. Also these stairs are outside of the building. It was rainy and we got wet. It was not easy with luggages and 2 kids.
