I have had this property on my list for a long time. Made it finally happen and stayed there for three days. AND I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. The flair of modern and young was very refreshing for Paris. Especially the receptionist who was quite quirky (in a very positive way) and very helpful. He even showed me to my room. Does not happen very open in Paris. The room triggered this WOW effect. Although the room is not on the largest side, they resolved it in a very magical way with all amenities you could possible wish for. Super mega comfy bed, squeeky clean, separate toilet and shower with a brilliant water pressure. They even found space for a reading chair. Again, someone put a lot of thought into designing the rooms. I strongly recommend to try the onsite restaurant where you can enjoy exotic meals and delicious wines. All in all a near perfect experience ! In for a repeat - YES YES YES YES YES.

My experience was near perfect until I noticed the location of the property. My mistake as I should have checked it before. The property is rather far away from where the major action is happening. Please take longer drives into consideration when you book.

The place is ideal for a short-term stay. The room has everything, there were even spaghettis and species in case one is too busy to visit a shop (which is in 5 min walk btw). The room was brand-new and absolutely adorable. So stylish. The location is pretty good, too. There are 2 metro stations in a walking distance. It was a pleasure staying here and the place looks even better irl than in the photos :) The breakfast is brought right to the room and it's a good idea there is no time limits for the breakfast time so we had a chance to both sleep well and eat well.

We had a stay with a breakfast included. It was very delicious: fresh bakery and tasty delights. But it was almost the same every day. After the third night we couldn't eat it any longer and left almost everything untouched. Every day they brought one big baguette which is too much for 1-2 people and it's a pity so much food might be thrown away :c

Very nice design of the rooms. Great to have the kitchen and a little starter kit of tea, coffee and even some pasta. Great location in the trendy 11th district with great bars and restaurants close by. Various metro stations in 1 - 6 min walking distance. The hotel is despite the central location very calm due to the courtyard location. The reception team was super kind and helpful.

BathrIoom - ventilation doesn't work well and no heating as AC outlet is only in the room. I stayed in a ground floor room. To get privacy in the evening when you have light on as the courtyard also gives access to sportsclub and a restaurant , you need to draw the door / window curtains and it becomes a bit depressing.

The property was well located in a cheerful neighborhood that was calm and appealing, and the hotel itself was off the street so it was extremely quiet. The room was very well appointed and pleasant as well. Staff was very helpful

As seems to be common in France, the beds were made with a heavy duvet--great for winter, but not so great for September. We requested and were able to get an unfilled duvet cover, the equivalent of two sheets, but otherwise my husband would have been unable to sleep at all under the heavy covers. I sleep cooler than him and it was a lot for me as well. I wish hotels offered topsheets + lightweight blankets as an alternative.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The property is modern, with spacious apartments that are roomy by Paris standards. The bed was very comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. Additionally, the location is very good, with convenient access to nearby metro stations, making it easy to get around the city.

Finding the front desk was initially a bit challenging, as it wasn’t clearly marked or easy to locate. I also found the towels to be quite thin and of a lower quality than expected for a hotel of this level. Another minor inconvenience was that the water in the shower area took a long time to drain, which affected the overall comfort. Lastly, the rooms are situated in a different building from the main area. While the distance isn’t great, it could be inconvenient if it’s raining, as you may get wet while moving between buildings.

Excellent facility and services. Generous breakfast included. Very spacius and well equipped units. Located in the lively and cosmopolitan 11th arr with plenty of excellent restaurants and bars around. Very helpful staff. . Overall a wonderful surprise. METRO station a few meters away.

Be aware that most major tourist attractions are beyond walking distance and require using the metro / bus

This was a fantastic stay during the Olympics. Wonderful front of house staff, lovely air conditioned rooms, a good size too. The breakfast delivered to the room every morning was just brilliant, fantastic produce and service. Check out was smooth, kept our luggage for us before check in and after check out. Also great location in the 11th, easy 2-3 min walk to a metro station, with a quick link to Gare de Lyon and easy to get to from Gare Du Nord. Thanks so much!

Nothing, was a flawless stay, will absolutely stay again when next in Paris

Great location, nice, clean, and quiet hotel. The staff was very helpful - there was a problem with the room we originally booked, so they upgraded us to a bigger room. The ground floor rooms don't offer a lot of privacy, as they directly face an inner courtyard with a restaurant. So if you open the drapes even a bit, people can see into your room. Other than that, everything about the room was great.

The room is small, but contains everything you might need. It is clean, and has comfortable bed. The location is convenient since it was close to my business school and to Charonne district. The metro station is 50 meters to the hotel

The hotel is located in the yard, where also the restaurant is. The noise from the restaurant (tables outside) is quite strong so you can’t open the window. There is no telephone to the reception, so if something does not work or you have some questions, you need to go out from the building and go to the reception which is in another building

Fully independent kitchenette with fridge was great. Great coffee machine in room and heaps of tea to choose from too. Our bikes were securely locked in the courtyard. Lovely cappuccino downstairs for breakfast. Very quiet location.

The bed was a little short. We got cereal in our brekky bag but no milk to eat it with. Maybe you eat the cereal with the yoghurt? The sliding door of the bathroom was hard to close and very noisy, but all that was not a big deal.
