It was amazing, the area was perfect for us - Student area le marais everything reachable by walking distance. Direkt Metro (9) to the Eiffel tower. The staff super friendly and helpful. Everyday new water bottles for free.

Great staff, really friendly. Great location, so easy to get to transport, so easy to get to all of the tourist sites via the metro or metro and a bus. Lots of little restaurants and shops in the local area and very easy to walk to cafes and restaurants in the nearby suburbs. The rooms are decorated nicely and are very comfortable, although a little small. The restaurant was fantastic, food was delicious and the staff (especially the Italian waitress) are a credit to the business - such a fantastic and friendly team.

Our first room was great, a little on the small side but comfortable and clean and a lovely view onto the busy neighbourhood and local cafes and restaurants. Our 2nd room was a little tighter, and space could have been optimised with better planning of the furniture. It was a tight squeeze to the bathroom. There was a noise from the AC unit, possibly a pump emptying the water, this turned on and off every min or two while the AC is on and is irritating when trying to sleep. There were a few broken hooks in the bathroom and there was dust on the shelves inside the room. Nothing that really bothered us and we throughly enjoyed our stay, but worth noting and fixing.

Absolutely excellent, value for money hotel , ideally located for a short stay in Paris We stayed here for a long weekend in Paris, and for the price paid, we’re absolutely delighted having chosen this hotel, which justified all the other reviews seen on this site The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The staff couldn’t do enough to be of assistance, and there is someone on the door all night, for those that want to enjoy the nightlife of Paris , and return late to their room We didn’t buy the breakfast, but there is a Nespresso Coffee machine in each room, with capsules and milk , that were topped up daily. If you wanted more the staff were only too happy to oblige ! Across the road , les than 2 minutes away is a fabulous bakery , and that set us up for the day !! There are a couple of Metro stations nearby , or enjoy your walk slightly further to Bastille, where the nightlife is lively to say the least ! Lots of bars and restaurants nearby ! Saying that , no matter what time of day the area felt safe We bought a card for the train which cost 12 Euros per day and gave you as many rides as you wanted. Getting around Paris was really easy , and if you pick up a map from the ticket office , it tells you where all the main sites are in relation to each Metro station A walk into the centre took about 30 minutes , but you have the option of trains and buses as well ! Apart from the usual attractions of Paris, you are only 20 Minutes away from the amazing Cimeterie du Pere-Lachaise where Edith Piaf, Oscar Wilde and Jim Morrison amongst others, are buried , surrounded by a vast array of incredible gothic tombs, headstones and burial plots !! I would have no hesitation staying here again, or recommending this fabulous little hotel to anyone !!

The location was perfect and made it easy to explore Paris. Plenty of bus services available too which took away the stress of travelling by metro with a baby in a pushchair. The hotel did have a little lift but it was very small so something to bear in mind if bringing a full travel system. The room was perfect for the three of us but we spent little time in it, it was very clean and the staff were simply wonderful and helpful. We loved it and will return if visiting Paris as plenty of places to eat in the vicinity too.

Like I said bear in mind the small lift if travelling with a full travel system and the room doesn't allow for lots of room to play around in so really a place to relax and lay your head after a day of exploring.

The staff at the desk were very kind and helpful with answers to any questions. The bed was big and comfortable with many pillows and a warm blanket. The bathroom was small but it had everything you needed and the towels were changed daily. The view was nice from the window and the AC in the room kept the room warm, no worries.

The hot water comes after 1-2 minutes of letting the water run which was not ideal and for the sink, the water was almost always cold. After the hot water came for the shower, it came in periods. Kept getting 1 minute of hot water and 30 seconds of cold water. Another aspect that was a bit inconvenient was the elevator. While it was small and 2 people with 2 backpacks barely fit in, the issue was that it took quite a long time for the elevator to come to the 6th floor. The room was not big but it's nothing more than you'd need since you mostly stay there for sleeping.

Great location, had a lovely vibe in the area with local people rather than tourist. Good bus links & metro station close by. The hotel room was a decent size & clean. Glad to have air con in the room which was a bonus as weather was hot. The hotel lift is very tiny-used to go up only & for luggage... otherwise used staircase. This is expected due to the age of the property. Decent hotel & would definitely recommend it.

The coffee machine in our room was very temperamental & kept breaking down. Would be good to have a little more storage space (drawers). Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Continental breakfast - a small selection but amazing fresh croissants and pain au chocolate, baguettes straight from the boulangerie across from the hotel. Ham, cheese, eggs and yoghurt. Juice and coffee - unlimited. Great value for selection and quality. Highly recommend. Great way to start your day before hitting the sights.

Limited toiletries - would be better if they stated what they supplied. Only hand and shower soap provided. It definitely didn’t impact my time at the hotel.

The bed was comfortable and the location was not noisy for us. The towels were changed regularly as well.

The room was quite small and can’t understand how the aircon works. We switch it on but no air flow so felt stuffy.

Very clean, the cleaning personnel really do their job. The room is specious enough ( for Paris ), the bed is really comfortable, the location is accessible via metro ( 5-6min walk ), very welcoming receptionist.

The heating system, it works somehow, but is far from being warm; 21+ degrees ( in February). But it was comfortable enough during the night. Other than that, a small problem for me, there is no smart tv, or at least a google chrome cast, its not that big of an issue because we were out most the day but some Netflix before falling asleep would have been nice.

The hotel is in an excellent location just a few minutes' walk from the nearest Metro. My room was on the fourth floor, but thankfully there is a lift. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a view overlooking the street. The air conditioning was easy to operate and the shower was powerful, although it took a couple of minutes to achieve the temperature I wanted. The reception was manned day and night, and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was available every day in the lobby for an extra charge, and the adjoining restaurant was busy and lively in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.
