Great little hotel suitable for a few nights. Rooms were exactly like the photos. Great decor, bathroom had toiletries- hand wash and shower gel. There was a safe. Limited storage but ok for a few nights. Very comfortable beds. Heating and air conditioning in the room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned every day. Didn’t have breakfast there but lots of guests were and it looked good. Location was a short walk from the Metro. When returning to the hotel use the metro exit for R de Belfort as it’s closer. Some good restaurants nearby and a bakery just on the corner. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Comfortable beds. Beds made everyday. Clean and looked like the pictures. Price was quite good and they accommodated us checking in a little early. The cafe on the corner was amazing for breakfast and coffee. We took that back to our room every morning for breakfast. The neighbourhood appeared to be safe and there was always a staff on duty. It is located within walking distance to Jim Morrison’s grave site.

It was not centrally located so we had to Uber to many locations. The water temperature when having a shower was extremely sensitive. It ran very hot or very cold. The room was very clean except for the large toenail under the vanity/desk. I would recommend softer pillows. 2 of our pillows were extremely firm and gave us a kinked neck. . To be fair we didn’t bring this to their attention so they were not given a chance to rectify this issue.

Thank you Hotel Belfort for the lovely welcoming and continuous customer service. We were treated superbly with attention to detail. Our front desk expert make sure we had a private driver to take us to our airport one hour 1/2 away at 4am. No pressure at all from her just detailed making sure we as clients were taken care of. They were so sweet and accommodating. I would recommend staying here close to some wonderful restaurants,bars, bakeries, metro,bus,train station, laundry services and pharmacies.

Everything was wonderful

Cozy little room in a great part of Paris accessible by Metro and with many restaurants and shops in the area. The room was small and clean which was more than enough for my mother and I. There was heating and cooling which was necessary for our trip since we had very unpredictable weather. The bed was so so comfortable had the best sleep of my life there haha.

The walls are very thin, I could hear people snoring in the other room. The elevator is a bit tiny but manageable. No complaints otherwise!

Rooms were very nice for the price, located in a nice and quiet district of Paris. Nearby the hotel there is a metro station (line 9 is very well connected to city centre), bakeries for breakfast and lunch places very reasonably prices in comparison to city centre. Towels were changed every day, clean room.

Thin walls, a bit noisy (not too much in the month of october, but I feel it’s much noisier during the summer when the hotel is full)

the stuff were very patience with us because we need to be in the lobby sit down relax and speak loud sometimes and they have a lot of patience even that we disturb the clients in the first floor

we are still waiting to see if the TV will be upgraded in the rooms. this times we are living in a very technological century and it's essential to have TV that will connect to Chromecast and activate that will be at least 42 inch minimum

I consider it was good for the value. The location is great, within walking distance to two metro stations and many buses that take you to the attractions. The staff is super friendly and they were very attentive to any issues we ran into. Also very close to restaurants and the bakery at the corner was very good.

The elevator is really really small. I really do not mind, but my parents complain that they did not fit with their luggage.

The hotel was good overall. Price performance was very good. The staff was friendly and the hotel was safe. The location is a little far from the city center, but 15 minutes by metro. There are places to buy snacks close to the hotel. The air conditioner always worked and the rooms were cleaned every day. On the last day, you can leave your suitcases at the hotel and pick them up on your way back.

Internet speed is a little bit slow, but generally okay. The elevator is very small but it's not a big deal.

The location of the property was fantastic, lots of amazing restaurants and bars in walking distance. Close to lots of metro and bus stops so travelling to different areas was very easy. Lovely clean room with comfortable beds and incredibly kind staff.

The lift was a little bit small but nothing that would have caused any hassle!

Great hotel in the 11th arrondissement close to Charonne station. Close to lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel is located in what probably used to be a 5 storey walk up. Rooms have been newly renovated. Tiny elevator but will fit 2 people or 1 with luggage. We loved the French breakfast offered. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
