Location was great! Well connected to transit, super easy to get to. Quiet hotel and clean rooms, perfect for spending a few nights. The room is on the smaller side, if you don’t plan on spending too much time in it, it’s perfect.

It was pretty cold in the room and the heating did not work, in the evening I tried to took a shower to heat up but also the water was not really warm so I just got colder, I called the reception and they said to put the heating on but that did not work. In the entrance / reception the temperature was good and nice but not in the room Maybe its because of energy saving purpose which is good, but then its better to communicate that and to have the option as a guest to put on heating and ask for higher temperature showers.

Modern! Cute little apartment and the bed was comfy.

The room had a fluffy ottoman which took up majority of the floor space given it’s a small room anyways and it was really dirty.. this type of shaggy material would be impossible to clean so the hotel would be better off removing them form the rooms in my opinion. It took up what is already limited space for people’s suitcases etc and was full of dust and who knows what else.

The location is the best for the price, direct metro and bus lines to most attractions. Everything was clean, the staff is always friendly and responsive, the hotel is so stylish in my opinion that it just feels good to stay here

Unfortunately due to the popularity of the place, they were fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate an early check in and/or late check out. It’s not a minus though, it’s always a nice addition but if something can’t be done, then it’s just can’t be done. Still the staff was kind enough to check the availability for me.

The service was good and the hotel is very cozy. When we arrived our bedroom did not have a bathtub as previously advertised, but we asked them about it and they changed our room for us. Everyone very nice and helpful. The Metro is just around the corner and it takes you directly to all the most important spots. And there is also a bus that takes you direclty to the Louvre. For what it was supposed to be, it was great!

The rooms were very tiny. Very tiny indeed. Do not underestimate 14msqm, this is tiny. When we changed rooms, we got a bigger one, and now we could open our bags, so this was good. I think overall the apartment was clean, but the bedding smelled a bit funky.

Great breakfast, perfect location, clean, pretty

The walls are really thin, when we checked in at midnight we got a call from the staff almost immediately about complaints from the neighbours about us being noisy, even though all we did was normal talking to eachother. You can hear all the sounds from the corridor too. We solved it by putting a towel to cover the space under the door every night.

Great location in a quiet side street just 3 walking min. from Voltaire metro station. Very convenient. Staff were super-friendly, rooms and bathroom were good size and very clean. Bed was huge and very comfortable and it was very quiet. No view from the room (403), but this did not matter to us. Lift was good size, unlike so many tiny ones in Paris. Common areas were pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast room was nice as was the breakfast selection. Good selection of delis and supermarkets very close by. WiFi was excellent. Communication before the trip was great and they were happy to look after your luggage in a secure, locked room for as long as needed on the day of arrival & departure Can definitely recommend this hotel and will stay here again next time I visit Paris.

Breakfast lasts until 12. It was nice that we didn't have to rush to eat and had time for slow breakfast.

Unfortunately, the hotel could not provide a gluten-free breakfast. I've had coeliac disease for the last 15 years, and this was the only hotel that could not provide gluten-free bread, although it's located in the city, and GF food is no longer so difficult to find (luckily for all of us who have to eat GF).

The room was comfortable and very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind while we were there. The hotel is also in a wonderful location, very close to the metro and near many wonderful restaurants and shops. Overall a wonderful stay.

The design of the room was a little small, but that is to be expected of Paris. I wish we had a fridge in our room, I'm not sure I've ever been to a hotel that didn't have one. The design of the bedside tables was also a little off balance, which made things a bit difficult.
