Location was great! Well connected to transit, super easy to get to. Quiet hotel and clean rooms, perfect for spending a few nights. The room is on the smaller side, if you don’t plan on spending too much time in it, it’s perfect.

The staff were very helpful . The hotel is a nice space when you arrive. The outside looks very well kept and it gives a really good impression. The Reception is a very pleasant space too. Nice sitting areas . The rooms were very clean and the bed confortable. Plenty of lighting and plugs .. We felt a little chilly when we arrive and, after telling the Reception, they were able to adjust the temperature very quickly. Our requests, for room service, for extra water, etc...were met very diligently. Good size and pleasant breakfast room. The range of hot drinks were to my taste (verveine, green tea, tea). There was also coffee but I do not drink coffee. The shower was excellent. The toilet too (good flush!). The shampoo was good quality. We had room service for dinner once, too tired even to go out, even though there is a wide choice of restaurants around the hotel. The food was excellent. Also small shops very close; a bakery , a few metres across the road with lovely people serving you. And a small supermarket for snacks (useful when you are with children). The situation is perfect for visiting Paris, the underground and bus stops are very near. I recommend visiting Paris using buses, even if you do less. It is a bit more complicated but it is like being on a Tour bus for nothing ... and children go free ! Again I want to mention the staff, they were perfect. And it is SO important.

Well, our room (a twin )was on the small size . I was with my 10-year old so it was easier to deal with. There was no room for a small confortable chair and a single chair . The storage elements were not very well thought out (small open shelves on the wrong side, no enclosed storage ) I think the hotel could easily improve the storage , you have confined spaces very well thought out. When you get room service, and this delicious cuisine....where do you put the plates ? Where do you sit ? .... you have to do this on your bed....

Property was so clean and tidy and very comfortable. Close to Paris DDL for transport to other cities we were visiting and Voltaire metro station for onwards transport to anywhere in the city.

My one true gripe was that I found the pillows on the bed to be very soft, which is entirely down personal preference, but I did not find comfortable. Additionally the pillows are square in shape which also made it difficult for me to enjoy. A very small issue for me - I still slept reasonably well and this is only a warning I would heed if I was a very very very light sleeper.

First time in this hotel and we liked it a lot, the room was very tastefully decorated, spacious and beautiful bathroom, very comfortable bed. We usually stay around this neighbourhood since it's more affordable, but still surrounded by great restaurants and bars. Le Voltaire was a bit further out, but the area is actually still well connected by public transport, and honestly the hotel itself is worth the extra bit of travel. Plus, there's an amazing brunch place just up Rue de la Roquette.

It was pretty cold in the room and the heating did not work, in the evening I tried to took a shower to heat up but also the water was not really warm so I just got colder, I called the reception and they said to put the heating on but that did not work. In the entrance / reception the temperature was good and nice but not in the room Maybe its because of energy saving purpose which is good, but then its better to communicate that and to have the option as a guest to put on heating and ask for higher temperature showers.

Frankly, a very great find quality/price/location It is a perfect hotel to stay for a couple of days while traveling through Paris, I really love this area, it is a an animated, but not touristic side of Paris, lots of cafés and shops, although the hotel is quiet The room is small, but on point, the bathroom is clean and very pretty, the bed is very comfortable

My air-conditioning wasn’t working when I came back home at night, although it was working during the day

Nice hotel in a good place with access to a metro line, room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful when we spoke to them.

There was a fire alarm from someone burning toast quite early in the morning and the cleaners knocked and asked us to change towels when we had the 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Other than that everything was good.

Modern! Cute little apartment and the bed was comfy.

The room had a fluffy ottoman which took up majority of the floor space given it’s a small room anyways and it was really dirty.. this type of shaggy material would be impossible to clean so the hotel would be better off removing them form the rooms in my opinion. It took up what is already limited space for people’s suitcases etc and was full of dust and who knows what else.

The location is the best for the price, direct metro and bus lines to most attractions. Everything was clean, the staff is always friendly and responsive, the hotel is so stylish in my opinion that it just feels good to stay here

Unfortunately due to the popularity of the place, they were fully booked so they couldn’t accommodate an early check in and/or late check out. It’s not a minus though, it’s always a nice addition but if something can’t be done, then it’s just can’t be done. Still the staff was kind enough to check the availability for me.

Great breakfast, perfect location, clean, pretty

The walls are really thin, when we checked in at midnight we got a call from the staff almost immediately about complaints from the neighbours about us being noisy, even though all we did was normal talking to eachother. You can hear all the sounds from the corridor too. We solved it by putting a towel to cover the space under the door every night.
