Quite nice hotel in a good region. Around a lot of shops and restaurants to have dinner. Hotel quite small but cousy. Room was quite small but enough as we just spent nights there. Clean. Comfortable bed. Small but nice bathroom. We got silent room with yard view. Good breakfast w tasty coffee and fresh croussaints. Location really good, between 2 metro stations, 10 min of walk till each. Very nice people at reception, helpfull. Hotel has elevator.

Wifi was weak or did not function at all. At breakfast I would be happy to see some hot meal. Rooms require some refreshment, long time w/o and reconstructions. There is a tea can in the room but no spoon, no normal cups, just small paper ones.

The place is welcoming and it's ridiculously close to the Voltaire metro station. Price I could say that was a little bit higher than what I was hoping to pay, but considering it's Paris I believe it's fine. Staff is friendly but English is so-so, so keep that in mind.

Our Room and the elevator were small. Again, it's Paris and the location is absurdly good, but (at least in our room) even two people struggled a bit moving around. Very decent for a short weekend in Paris with your loved one, but this should be kept in mind.

The location was fab, 5 mins walks from Voltaire metro. The staff were fantastic, Marie and Stephanie were wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. Yes the rooms are small but they are perfectly adequate and clean, with a comfy double bed. The bathroom is small but has a full length window which gave it loads of light and it was well designed. Didn’t hear any noise other than a few cars at night. AC was brilliant and keeping the balcony doors open worked also to cool the room down. The lift is small but we managed 2 people and luggage no problem.

Absolutely nothing - it was wonderful

I spent 3 days in the hotel. Service very nice and helpful. The room was prepared earlier than expected which was a nice surprise because it was no problem to check in earlier (big advantage) . The room is not very big but very functional, clean, the temperature is regulated, the beds are very comfortable. There is a place for clothes in the room, there is a countertop for food. Bathroom clean, shower great (I appreciate small things :)) Daily cleaning, convenient location. Breakfast fresh and tasty.

Maybe more vegetables or fruits for breakfast ;)

The staff was very friendly. The procedure of check in and out was easy. The location was amazing with plenty of wonderful restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure. The room was facing a courtyard, it was very quiet at night despite of the many dining options in the neighborhood. We didn’t need the AC, because it remained cool inside though we were staying during super hot weather.

The hotel was perfectly clean, and comfortable (the beds are perfect), the breakfast was fresh and there were plenty of options. The staff members were kind, and helpful. Thank you!

Just a tiny little thing we have realized, that in the room for example the lamp and some parts in the toilet were broken and need some maintenance. But did not make our stay less enjoyable, everything was amazing.

Location was excellent, 3 metro lines within walking distance. There was also a lift! My room had a view of Paris rooftops which was delightful. Great food options close by. Quiet at night for sleeping. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

Beautiful room, it was quite clean. They provided a kettle, coffee, tea. There was a Tv and air conditioning. Calm and safe neighborhood, a few minutes walk to the metro station, bus, grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries.

The room itself on the first floor was a bit small. Not that much table space. But not a deal breaker as we were mostly out of the room anyways.

Simple but comfortable and clean hotel at very good location. No sound at all from the street during the nights. We had a bit small outdated room (normal for Paris for this price) on the 6th floor but with renovated modern bathroom. A very well working Airco. Breakfast is not expensive and good enough. Very helpful and English speaking desk. Big plus is the private garage in front of hotel a €25/day (reservation required). Entrance is possible with average SUV or smaller. Not a problem with my Renault Kadjar.

Nothing specific. Breakfast can extended a bit with some fresh fruit.

I loved staying here! I come to Paris often and look for a hotel close to Gare de Lyon and this one popped up in Booking. The location is really great, the 11th arr. is a fab mix of residential, great restaurants and cafés and cute shops. The rooms were not as tiny as many comments said (they obviously didn't know how small Paris rooms can be!), I had heaps of space (standard single room with queen size bed and more than enough space to move around and the bathroom was fine too) and it was spotless. I appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room. The value for money was good, I would come back. My room was just opposite a bar on the other side of the road but it was all quiet by 11-ish and I didn't even need ear plugs.

The mattress was a little on the soft side, not the best bed I've slept in.
