The location, away from the tourists crowds. Settled in a quiet street between the locals with many wine bars, tasty small restaurants, cafés. Also in walking distance of the Canal St Martin where you find again lots of cafés, restaurants, art galleries, shops… We liked very much the inside terras at the hotel where you can relax after a long day walking around, with your favourite drink. The spacious, quiet room with a very large bathroom. Ours was at the garden. And a 10/10 for the people working at the hotel, they were so so kind and welcoming. They made your stay enjoyable!

The hotel and room was very clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the bed was probably one of the comfiest hotel-beds we've experienced. Whilst the location of the hotel is a bit out from the centre, we actually quite liked that as it meant it was nice and quiet, there's a good variety of nearby shops for any necessities you may need and it's situated in-between the Parmentier, Oberkampf and Republique metro stations so you have easy access to the centre from metro lines 3,5 or 11. Another thing to note was that we really enjoyed the breakfast - plenty of choice and very good quality.

The floor of the room was quite hard, it's strange as it has a 'soft' appearance like thin carpet tiles however it's pretty much rock-solid, this probably helps from a hygiene perspective but if you're walking around Paris all day you can easily clock-up 15K+ steps so it'd be nice to have a soft floor to come back to after a long day of being a tourist - it's a small thing though, you could just pop on the supplied hotel-slippers. I couldn't figure out how to warm the room, it had reversible air-con however no matter what I tried, I couldn't get it to work. We stayed during a cold spell (0-5 degrees) and so the room did get a bit chilly in the mornings.

My family and I loved the aesthetic of the hotel, it was very clean, with lovely amenities and the design of the room was well thought out. The hotel was quiet but still located near many businesses and subway lines. The hotel staff were superb, always friendly and helpful. (Thank you to Annas, Mario and the whole staff.) They even helped us celebrate our son's 8th birthday will lovely decorations and balloons in our room. So special! We will certainly be back.

This place really deserves its good reviews. Very sweet family run boutique hotel. The people are incredibly nice and bend over backwards to help you - literally. While we were there our daughter became very ill and we found a great deal of help from them. Being in a foreign country having support made a huge difference. They sent lovely breakfasts to our room, washed the clothes for us and went out of their way to help and called a doctor for us. The hotel is beautiful. They care for it with pride, the place is incredibly clean and modern, and all the staff are very very friendly. We even had a lovely garden adjacent to our bedroom. The hotel admittedly is on the periphery rather than where the main attractions are but it was easy to navigate and get around. To be honest the service was excellent so I really didn’t mind that. I was sorry we didn’t manage to get to thank them before we left as we left very early in the morning. They were lovely people. The hotel itself is next to a number of boulangeries (Graine was amazing) and there were several shops and pharmacies around the area. Also there were cafeterias around the hotel if one wanted a coffee. It was truly a lovely experience and I definitely recommend staying here.

Nice staff, comfy room. Courtyard/garden view from the room was pretty unique. Location is close to some metro stations (decently easy to connect from/to the airport) and walking distance (~15-20min) to some of the city’s best bistros and high-end restaurants/bars. Some smaller cafes/restaurants closer to the hotel were amazing as well. Wifi was good. Outside of main touristic areas so streets are much more peaceful.

Gym has only VERY light weights; gym door wasn’t responding to my room card for some reason and I had to get staff to open it for me each day as well.

The most fabulous decor, very wow and warm factor, quiet golden gem in a very cool wanted vintage French area, access easily to the metro and beyond for the touristy spots. The Zen garden area is so lush and loved the quirky but stylish Giraffe theme through out the hotel. They went above and beyond and made our room very special indeed for my daughter’s birthday tailored Hearts with petals and balloons and chocs on arrival very bespoke!

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The privacy is not very good as all the rooms view are on garden courtyard which means the other rooms.. We can hear the upper rooms with people walking Shower was not very convenient and water not very hot at maximum Location is ok but not the best area in Paris (surroundings dirty)

The team onsite are lovely; the hotel is modern; very well maintained and clean; the rooms are a generous size for Paris; the breakfast was just right; it’s very close to a metro station that takes you right in the centre Paris (to Opera, etc).

There was a mix up with our room on the first night, the team offered to rectify it the next day & they did exactly that which we very much appreciated.

Rooms don't have much privacy. If you want privacy, you won't get much daylight in and if you want daylight, you have to sacrifice privacy. The rooms are quite dark on the first floor. Size is adequate for one traveller. Good location with three metro stations close by (each within 5 mins walk) and lots of artisan patisserie shops.

Not sure how often he bedding was changed and very little information in the room to give you guidance. Basic room but then for Paris, the price is quite basic too.

lovely hotel, super location, large & comfortable room. plus very friendly staff. Can’t fault the hotel.
