the great location, reasonable price, flexibility to accommodate personal needs, availability of hot water, a mirror, good ventilation, curtains, hangers, sockets near the bed and one additional, a wardrobe, clean bed linen, soap, and towels

The only things I didn’t like were that, although there was Wi-Fi, the signal didn’t reach my room, and the spiral staircase made it a bit uncomfortable to carry my suitcase

It was situated in great location in central Paris near Republic lots of great restaurants and places to go. The staff are lovely. It's was good value for money for my stay.

The facilities are being improved. It could've been a bit better on that level but they told me they're investing in improving the hotel so should be getting better.

Good location - easy accessibility to train stations and bus points. Attractions can be reached within 20 to 30 mins. Felt safe. Good number of shops nearby - breakfast, lunch and late night dinner sorted. Bathroom had hot water facility, towels and soaps were provided. Rooms was not too shabby but not good either. You get what you pay for.

No lifts, we had our room on the third floor and had to climb a lot of stairs. Some corners of the room had residual mould. Bathroom basin had minor leakage. The room is good only for lodging and has bare minimals.

The room was quite clean. Bedding and towels as well (although after reading the comments I took my own small towel:))). At the time of my trip, the facade was being repaired, which, in my opinion, indicates the desire of the hotel owners to improve its condition.

The bed was creaky. During "prime time" in the evening, the water was rather warm than hot. There are no clothes hangers and towel hooks in the bathroom. But all of that are not very dramatique.

For the price and the location everything was perfect

It will be Great if have Some hanger in the room so can hang the clothes. Also hanger in the bathroom to hang the towel during the shower.

The room was rented at a very affordable price. The location is great, near the center, 5 minutes walk from the metro station. The staff is quite friendly.

Since the price is low, the condition of the rooms is not the best and the rooms are not very clean.

What I liked the most is the location, there are dozens of restaurants and shops nearby, so it's pretty convenient. The views from the window are nice.

We had to go up the stairs to the fifth floor

Great location in the 11th with close proximity to Parmentier metro station. Amazing view from the window. Bed was really comfortable and staff had reception were very helpful. Good value for money.

What you see is what you get - No frills! Our room had no mirrors or space to hang clothes

the location is very good, close to supermarket, bars, stores. The access to the city center is also good, you can find the metro station with just 4min of walk

Good location. Good value for money. Covered all basic needs.

There was no toilet paper, but we could get some at the reception. The tv had a lot of dead pixel lines.
