The staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful, kind, and courteous. The hotel itself is gorgeous while not being overly formal. I loved the deep bronze color of the lobby and the cool lighting. I also loved that every time we arrived, we were greeted by the scent of fleur de orange! It was lovely to come back to a tidied room after a long day out. The heated floors in the bathroom were a treat. We also appreciated the carbon filtered water. The hotel was immaculately clean.

I'm not a fan of neon or fluorescent lights, so I didn't like the decorative lighting along one wall in our room. We ended up covering them with scarves and it wasn't a problem at all. The bed was comfortable but a bit firm for my liking (but I do like a plush bed!). That was it - everything else was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was nicely decorated (cool furniture and art) and huge compared to other rooms we've had in Paris hotels, we even had a little terrace which was lovely surprise. Lots of nice touches like charcoal filtered water in the room, a fancy kettle and heated floor in the bathroom. I really liked the area - lots of restaurants and bars walking distance and the street was quiet in the evenings - I didn't hear any traffic or noise. Hope to come back soon.

We didn't have breakfast there as they said they didn't have any vegan options. If you are vegan there's a Land & Monkeys 15 mins walk away where you can get your vegan fix. I did notice they had oat milk for coffee :-)

Super cute boho boutique hotel!! We loved sipping our cafe au laits (available 24/7) in the cozy hotel cafe—can’t rave enough about how much I loved the retro furniture and and colorful chic decor. The vibe was super chill. Staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the largest room—awesome decor, coffee table and chairs, and extra space for only €10 more a night! Bathroom and shower were STELLAR. Lots of food options, bars and cafes on every corner… perfect if you want to stay in a less touristy and bustling neighborhood in Paris. Also, the best thing we discovered is the Bolt ride share app!! Just like Lyft and Uber, it’s about €12-15 Euro for rides to the hotel from most tourist attractions, and you don’t have to worry about exchanging money. It was a pleasure meeting the local drivers, too!!!

The 11th arr. location wasn’t super convenient for public transportation and access to the Metro, but we quickly remedied that issue with the Bolt ride share app. Otherwise, the hotel experience couldn’t have been better!! No issues, inconveniences or complaints—made for an excellent trip!!

Location. The hotel is situated in the cool Oberkampf area of Paris. Lots of cafes / bars are walking distance. There is also plenty of Metro stations from different lines, so you are spoilt for choice in how to get around Paris. Even better options on getting home safely. The Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms were decent size and comfortable. Rooms had cool vibe, hotel had cool vibe with vinyl records and record player downstairs. Artwork for hotel branding is great, this is what caught my eye and pushed me to find out more about the hotel. Bathroom / Shower - all clean and tidy. Staff. Staff always on hand to answer questions and help.

Breakfast was good. Bar could have some more drinks - Maybe some more beers and spirits / mixer to sit and enjoy the space.

The atmosphere was very nice, the room had everything we needed and the decoration is very nicely done. The neighborhood is less touristy - but we didnt mind. Although perhaps better for younger people. The vinyl room looked very cozy and the price for the hammam was reasonable.

I'd say the picture of the room makes it look much bigger, so a bit pricy for the size. The breakfast - although completely vegetarian - doesn't offer that much for vegans (fruits, soy yoghurt, soy milk and muesli, sometimes cucumber and hummus). The smell of the hallway/entrance perfume was sometimes overwhelming.

Loved the triple room! Beds, bedding and pillows were super comfortable. The windows opened onto the street but when they were closed you couldn’t hear a thing - fabulous! The bathroom was big and the shower was fantastic! The room was spacious with a homey quirky decor. We felt like we were guests in someone’s home! Charging points were well placed and lighting was excellent. Breakfast was great - fresh bread and delicious croissants and pains au chocolat. A good selection! The cafe au lait was excellent. Staff were chilled and helpful. Location is good - close to at least two metro stations (about a 5 minute walk). The hotel website recommends a few local restaurants. We went to ‘Charbon’ around the corner and it was beautiful - stunning decor, fabulous service, excellent food and a great vibe.

The street isn’t wonderful but we didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe a little shelf in the shower would be useful? No complaints about the hotel - we would definitely stay there again!

• Strange semi-transparent red film covering one of the windows; very bizarre. • A wireless speaker that would suddenly "come to life," speaking German or Chinese in the middle of the night; startling and confusing. • Cracked tile on bathroom floor in front of shower. • Could occasionally hear guests voices coming through wall with adjacent room. • Broken support board under mattress platform (mentioned to staff but it never repared).

The location was fantastic, close to multiple metro stops and near lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Glad we upgraded to a slightly bigger one. Breakfast was great for the price, had everything we needed and was super fresh every morning. The decor of the lobby is so gorgeous. Would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

The only issue is we couldn’t get the chrome cast to work on the tv even after asking staff for help. It seemed the wifi network we needed for the chromecast wasn’t connected or something like that. But that is all!

The hotel is small, cosy, clean and with such a nice atmosphere. The people who work there are nice, welcoming and ready to help. There are also a good vibe among them- like my son said "they seem like a small family". The breakfast was nice and cofee/tea all day. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The neigbourhood is modern and lively with restaurants, bakerys, bars and People of all ages. Perfect location for exploring Paris! Thank you!

It was so great that we could reserve a parkingspace since we had a fully parked car and was leaving for provence after paris. Unfortunately the key for the parking did not work and we had to wait a while, to find out that is was not going to work. It was not at all the hotels fault. And the staff was ni e and gave us the money back for the parking.But we got pretty desperate. After a few hours pf trying, We found a nearby parking basement instead wich had 24h survaillance. I would reccomend that instead.

The breakfast was tasty. It was nice to spend the evening in the downstairs living room and listen to LPs. The room was quiet and there was no noise from the street, the staircase or downstairs, even at night. The staff was friendly.

The only downside was that the hotel had problems with hot water during the weekend. The problem was fixed the morning of our departure. The hotel managed to surprise us positively by paying us a refund for the room price on their own initiative.
