Great bed and shower. The location is near public transport and there's lots of restaurants nearby.

Breakfast could be a bit better. Some more variation in cheese and perhaps a boiled egg would have been nice.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel La Nouvelle République. The location was perfect — tucked in a quiet street but within walking distance to lively neighborhoods, great cafes, and convenient access to Place de la République. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or local tips. The room was comfortable, very clean, and peacefully quiet — exactly what I needed after long days of exploring Paris. Most importantly, I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which was a top priority for me. The combination of cleanliness, comfort, and attentive service made this hotel a standout. Highly recommended for solo travelers, families, and anyone seeking a relaxing stay in a central yet calm part of Paris.

A/c was a bit noisy

The staff was wonderful - friendly, helpful, kind, and courteous. The hotel itself is gorgeous while not being overly formal. I loved the deep bronze color of the lobby and the cool lighting. I also loved that every time we arrived, we were greeted by the scent of fleur de orange! It was lovely to come back to a tidied room after a long day out. The heated floors in the bathroom were a treat. We also appreciated the carbon filtered water. The hotel was immaculately clean.

I'm not a fan of neon or fluorescent lights, so I didn't like the decorative lighting along one wall in our room. We ended up covering them with scarves and it wasn't a problem at all. The bed was comfortable but a bit firm for my liking (but I do like a plush bed!). That was it - everything else was wonderful.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel and our room was nicely decorated (cool furniture and art) and huge compared to other rooms we've had in Paris hotels, we even had a little terrace which was lovely surprise. Lots of nice touches like charcoal filtered water in the room, a fancy kettle and heated floor in the bathroom. I really liked the area - lots of restaurants and bars walking distance and the street was quiet in the evenings - I didn't hear any traffic or noise. Hope to come back soon.

We didn't have breakfast there as they said they didn't have any vegan options. If you are vegan there's a Land & Monkeys 15 mins walk away where you can get your vegan fix. I did notice they had oat milk for coffee :-)

A ver6 stylish property in a shabby chic way. Very good beds, excellent shower and plenty of room. It’s located in the north of the trendy Oberkampf area which we like as it’s near some more independent places. It’s 5 minutes walk to the nearest Metro, 14 to Oberkampf station itself which goes direct to Gare du Nord

Heating options were an overhead heater that was set at 19/20 but seemed to only blow out cool air. It was early summer but the recent heatwave had ended

Super cute boho boutique hotel!! We loved sipping our cafe au laits (available 24/7) in the cozy hotel cafe—can’t rave enough about how much I loved the retro furniture and and colorful chic decor. The vibe was super chill. Staff spoke English and were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the largest room—awesome decor, coffee table and chairs, and extra space for only €10 more a night! Bathroom and shower were STELLAR. Lots of food options, bars and cafes on every corner… perfect if you want to stay in a less touristy and bustling neighborhood in Paris. Also, the best thing we discovered is the Bolt ride share app!! Just like Lyft and Uber, it’s about €12-15 Euro for rides to the hotel from most tourist attractions, and you don’t have to worry about exchanging money. It was a pleasure meeting the local drivers, too!!!

The 11th arr. location wasn’t super convenient for public transportation and access to the Metro, but we quickly remedied that issue with the Bolt ride share app. Otherwise, the hotel experience couldn’t have been better!! No issues, inconveniences or complaints—made for an excellent trip!!

Location. The hotel is situated in the cool Oberkampf area of Paris. Lots of cafes / bars are walking distance. There is also plenty of Metro stations from different lines, so you are spoilt for choice in how to get around Paris. Even better options on getting home safely. The Hotel. Very clean and tidy. Rooms were decent size and comfortable. Rooms had cool vibe, hotel had cool vibe with vinyl records and record player downstairs. Artwork for hotel branding is great, this is what caught my eye and pushed me to find out more about the hotel. Bathroom / Shower - all clean and tidy. Staff. Staff always on hand to answer questions and help.

Breakfast was good. Bar could have some more drinks - Maybe some more beers and spirits / mixer to sit and enjoy the space.

The atmosphere was very nice, the room had everything we needed and the decoration is very nicely done. The neighborhood is less touristy - but we didnt mind. Although perhaps better for younger people. The vinyl room looked very cozy and the price for the hammam was reasonable.

I'd say the picture of the room makes it look much bigger, so a bit pricy for the size. The breakfast - although completely vegetarian - doesn't offer that much for vegans (fruits, soy yoghurt, soy milk and muesli, sometimes cucumber and hummus). The smell of the hallway/entrance perfume was sometimes overwhelming.

Loved the triple room! Beds, bedding and pillows were super comfortable. The windows opened onto the street but when they were closed you couldn’t hear a thing - fabulous! The bathroom was big and the shower was fantastic! The room was spacious with a homey quirky decor. We felt like we were guests in someone’s home! Charging points were well placed and lighting was excellent. Breakfast was great - fresh bread and delicious croissants and pains au chocolat. A good selection! The cafe au lait was excellent. Staff were chilled and helpful. Location is good - close to at least two metro stations (about a 5 minute walk). The hotel website recommends a few local restaurants. We went to ‘Charbon’ around the corner and it was beautiful - stunning decor, fabulous service, excellent food and a great vibe.

The street isn’t wonderful but we didn’t feel unsafe. Maybe a little shelf in the shower would be useful? No complaints about the hotel - we would definitely stay there again!

The location was fantastic, close to multiple metro stops and near lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful, always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Glad we upgraded to a slightly bigger one. Breakfast was great for the price, had everything we needed and was super fresh every morning. The decor of the lobby is so gorgeous. Would recommend to friends in a heartbeat!

The only issue is we couldn’t get the chrome cast to work on the tv even after asking staff for help. It seemed the wifi network we needed for the chromecast wasn’t connected or something like that. But that is all!
