The hotel provides great value for the money! Very clean - daily service (better than most highly rated hotels), and has extremely friendly staff, always ready to help. Very clean sheets changed after two nights! Location - 200 meters from the M2 metro line, with great breakfast locations in the close vicinity. Even though the hospitality classification is 2*, the quality of service is great.

The furniture is very sparse, we had a very large triple room and there were only two chairs and two glasses in the room. The towels need replacing. They are changed daily, but daily washing wears them out and they look quite bad. There could be an upgrade option, paid, for which you get a shower gel instead of the very small classic soap, suitable for hand washing and more towels, not just one body towel. In any case, the staff do their best to ensure the best conditions!

The property is managed by, I believe, 2 brothers as it is a family run Business. One of the brothers named 'Atar' is genuinely the sweetest person you will ever meet. He always had a smile on his face, greeted us always as we went out/came in and was more than happy to see us speaking French (even basic words). The room was great value for money. It is a very small and cozy room which has got pretty much everything you need in a room. I would recommend to book this only for a couple. Anymore than 2 persons or even with a kid, it might be difficult to adjust for you. We used to go our in the morning to explore the city and come back in the night and we used to always find out rooms cleaned with new bedsheets, new towels, new toiletries, etc. when we came back. It was lovely. The location is the best you can ask for: 2 mins walk in either directions from 2 metro stations, very close to Paris Nord Train station (15 mins away) and situated in the heart of a blossoming market with a lot of Boulongaries and French shops and supermarkets. Even after our check out, we kept our luggage at the property which was taken care of exceptionally well. It is the safest place to stay and we liked everything and would love to stay here again if we ever plan to go back to Paris. Merci Atar and everyone at the property!

The room only had 2 power points. Not a complain. But maybe at least 3 (one on each side of bed) would have been great. Presently, it only had 1 on one side of bed and the other beside the window. Everything else was lovely!

Located just 1 minute walk away from the metro stop. In a good location from the main sites (like a 10 min metro ride away) Area we stayed in had plenty of cafe/bars/mini supermarket/bakery/takeaways. Room was large and spacious, with plenty of room. Private bathroom with a shower. Bed is firm with clean linen each day. Staff are friendly and welcoming. TV in

For a budget hotel it was just what we needed. The TV could give an English option or subtitles, as it was just local french TV. Steps to room and winding and narrow, wouldn't be great for someone with mobility issues, as there is no lift

The location is great ! It is just a 3 minute walk to the metro station. Buses around the corner . You want to go to the airport by taxi, right by the metro station too .The staff extremely helpful and kind . They were always there for me. One of the employers explained everything to me how to use public transportation and how the metro card works. Breakfast included. I couldn’t have imagined a better place for that price and that location !

Hidden little gem in a beautiful and cool suburb. Staff are so welcoming and helpful, travelling from New Zealand we originally had planned to stay in a well known chain hotel. Read the reviews of this hotel and changed, so glad we did. It is basic and the breakfast is a baguette and tea, coffee hot chocolate but it’s a traditional nice place to stay with awesome staff. Hidden too if you are doing multiple stops and arrive with laundry a cheap laundromat next door. Would stay here again anytime! Merci ,

The room was more spacious than what you usually find at this price level, leaving you enough room to move around and leave the luggage open on the floor. The owner was very respectful and professional. Close to the metro station.

The location seemed to be a bit sketchy, especially at night. Of course nothing bad happened and it was very close to the metro stations, which was nice. I judge the property based on price per value, and for the price it is very good and cannot complain.

We stayed there for 6 nights. Very clean and good size room. Toilet and shower were perfect. Stuff was good, no complains at all about them. Subway/metro, good and fair price restaurants, pastry shop, grocery store, all just meters away from the hotel. We had a free ride from the airport. Thanks a lot for that too.

The poor flat TV on the wall ... as small as a laptop screen. Early in the morning there is a lot of activity on the street. You are better with the windows closed. If you have neighbors upstairs or in the room next to you, you can hear them walking and talking, or even locking their doors. Attention for the summer tourists: No A/C in the room. Expect the very basic. Same about the breakfast: Bread, gem, butter, coffee/tea (That's it). For 5 Euros you can have a couple of great croissants, or cream cakes and 1-2 espresso/americano at your choice just by crossing the street at one of the little pastry shops/patisseries.

The 2 people we met were really nice. Very helpful and welcoming.

The only thing was the lack of a kettle or tea/ coffee facilities. We travel with our teabags and coffee!

The place is very clean, the staff is very friendly. We had a large room (for Paris standards) which was a pleasant surprise. The location is convenient, next to Metro and Bus.

Please note that there are no elevators in older buildings in Paris, and this was also the case. We didn't mind but please note if you have reduced mobility. Also, we went during record-hot temperature days and the fan provided was of little help.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive an extra room (two interconnecting rooms) even though I reserved one double room. The receptionist decided it, which was much appreciated by us, after she double-charged my credit card by mistake. The hotel was vey clean, good price considering the location. I recommend this hotel.

After being double charged by mistake and refunded, I received the money back into my bank account after 5 days.
