spacious and clean. easy access to train station via bus 96. Lots of restaurants around that are open late. Very good French restaurant in the town centre. fully equipped kitchen. proper size beds. The sofa bed in the living room did accommodate big teenagers comfortably. Supermarkets around open till 11 pm

Very close to cultural centre so the area can be a little noise on weekends and holidays till late night . There are 2 restaurants below. Not a problem in cold weather with windows closed but with windows open the lively noise will keep you up till late. Lift starts only from the 1st floor. you will need to haul your luggage up 1 floor atleast.

It was a good apartment with what we needed in a good location in Paris, everything was nearby and we could go to the attractions easily by metro or bus.

I didn’t like the fact that there was a fee if we wanted to have the room cleaned. I was not expecting that. We stayed there for one week and I wish they’d put some cleansers so that we could clean the toilet ourselves at least. Also there were no coffee capsules, we tried to buy from supermarket and it was wrong size, I wish they’d had some capsules in the room at least for the first day we arrived.

This accommodation is located in a beautiful neighbourhood that is about 11 minutes walk to any metro stations in all directions - Menilmontant, Pyranees, Saint Fargeau, and Gambetta. I'd recommend going via Menilmontant as there's a few nice shops along the way. Though, it is quite a steep slope so I wouldn't recommend going via this route if you have luggage. The accommodation itself is quite clean and suitable for single or couple travellers. I was on the fifth floor and there wasn't any view. It also wasn't too noisy (apart from hearing your neighbours entering and exiting).

The layout is slightly strange. There is no TV in the 'living room' and I spent most time in the 'bedroom'. Also, it is more of a studio apartment than a one-bedroom apartment. The shower area is also pretty dark because the light is only at the sink area. As for the neighbourhood, the road towards Gambetta can feel quite quiet and sketchy; so I would not recommend walking after dark. Along Menilmontant is alright.

We really enjoyed our stay in the superior studio. It was very clean and well furnished. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area including a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules can be purchased from a vending machine on the ground floor). There is big fan with various settings including a silent night setting. The bathroom is modern and has shower gel and shampoo. The windows of the studios have very good sound insulation. The host provided all the necessary information about check-in and the studio in advance and in detail. It is very easy to access the building and the studio following the instructions provided by the host. We liked the neighbourhood - full of young people and a variety of cafes, restaurants and bars. It felt vibrant and fun. We particularly liked the fact that we were away from the very touristy areas of Paris, though it is very easy to get to these areas by public transport, or even better by walking for those who love long walks and soaking up the atmosphere of a city.

Spacious city break apartment, comfortable bed, pillows and sofa-bed, fairly quiet building, clean facilities all around. We had 3 people in the flat for 3 nights, my parents and I and was ideal for us, comfortable and spacious. Bedroom was quite big and a very good sized bed. Lots of stuff to use in the kitchen if you prefer to do some at home dinners. Nicely decorated, simple and efficient. Loved the electric blinds and black out curtains, perfect when you need some extra sleep in the morning.

There was water leaking from the freezer when we arrived, but nothing a couple cloths didn't solve. I guess because the master switch for power is kept off until new guests arrive. The bathroom has two sources of light, but the shower is behind a wall and it's surprisingly dark. Maybe installing a little light would be a good idea. Once you open the sofa bed there are no power sockets accessible that would allow you to plug your devices and have it close to you. There are two sockets that get covered by the extended bed and you can't fit anything there and the other two outlets are opposite the feet of the sofa bed, making it just a little too far away for comfort.

It’s a perfect place for a few days stay in Paris. Very affordable. The apartment is clean, freshly and stylishly furnished, with a nice view and in a fine location. Everything you need is next doors: restaurants, supermarkets. Two metro stations are in 10 minutes to go. The manager is always in touch, very polite and ready to help.

It would be perfect if you could improve the windows soundproofing. Noises from the street (especially on weekends when people are having fun at surrounding bars) disturbs the night sleep. And it would be perfect if you leave some paper towels / paper napkins and garbage bags in the kitchen area.

The location is good you can find a few metro stations around, bakery and shops are also close; on the upper floors it’s good I used earplugs (I normally using them) so I slept well it’s a bar on the corner and also opposite side another one but it was not bad at all. The apartment is tiny but clean and stylish, Nespresso coffee machine is a big plus! I would recommend!

We had a family trip and the parents were sleeping in the bed and we were on the couch with my bf and it was a little bit noisy and not so comfy but it was okay for 4nights.

Located in a cozy,not so touristy neighborhood this Aparthotel was easy to access via metro/bus. We emailed our Id’s some days prior and could access the property with two door codes (one outside & one apartment door).The room was very clean with a small kitchen fridge, cooktop, microwave/oven, kettle, Coffee machine,Hair dryer and even a flat iron. The location itself has many different Shops, Cafes,bars,restaurants and grocery stores. Very friendly staff and easy communication (if not in person) via text message in English.Overall a very good experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very good equipped apartment. Clean. Easy to access. If you will need you could ask to keep your luggage in luggage room as we did. Area is reachable by metro. There are many places to eat on the street and few big stores to buy food to cook. Only one thing you need to know before that it is very noisy at night due to cafes right under the flats on the street. For us it’s not a big problem, but if you are sensitive to the noise, be aware.

i would give 5star but something is missing —wine glasses!!!!
