The breakfast was more than we could've asked for! Fresh bread, croissants, butter, jam, juice, coffee, steamed milk, yogurt or cheese each day - delivered to our room at the time we requested. We were allowed to put items in the refrigerator in the laundry area that we purchased.

It would be nice to have receptacles for trash and recycling. As Americans, sadly our culture doesn't lend itself to recycling and a visual reminder to separate things would be helpful. During the cooler weather, instruction on how to turn up the heat in the room, and maybe a couple umbrellas for traveler's use would be welcome.

This place is amazing for families. I felt super comfortable and safe, the host were very friendly. Great facilities and food. I would recommend this place to all. Only 15 min from central Paris. Everything is at hand, supermarkets, metro and restaurants. Thank you so much for your hospitality. Xx

The housing is spacious, clean and well appointed. We loved the outside space, the breakfast was amazing and the guests were helpful and kind. The location is close to the metro and an excellent bakery. Belleville it's a nice district full of life!

Nothing!

Very spacious room. Fresh breakfast provided by Mario/Amelie the owners each morning of croissants/pain au chocolat which can eat outside in courtyard. Great value for money. Easy access from Jourdain Metro. A couple of times I arrived late back (after 1am) and the area felt quiet and safe walking back from the Metro. The room is like an annex of the owners own house so not a typical hotel, but this was fine. Overall great value for money.

Shower is open so water went everywhere but towels provided to mop up. On first arriving wasn't quite sure how to get in, ended up pressing 2 buzzers on entry and owners came down to let me in, had prearranged what time I would arrive so they were expecting me, so not too bad really.

Breakfast was just right and just what I wanted. The neighborhood is quiet with shops, grocery store, banks and excellent metro access.

A tv would have been nice but not important

The place was nice. There is no TV in the room which might suit some very well. The bathroom was very spacious.

The location was not great compared to the parking place. I think that it could be improved with instructions on the nearest food and grocery places.

It is a very nice and comfortable place with nice people - I strongly recommended this.
