We wish all places were like this small, practical, and spotlessly clean apartment. As guests who are quite picky about cleanliness, we had no complaints. The friendly service provided helpful tips, and the location was perfect - just a block from the subway, supermarket, and a nice bakery. We even received a welcome Nespresso coffee👍🏻

Good location, close to metro but also nice to start your walk into town from this area. Perfect facilities, appartement was great for staying with children. Beds are comfortable, bathroom and kitchen well equipped. Little noise from the streets, but minor with windows closed. Mini supermarket around the corner as well as a bakery. Would recommend!

The elevator is very small, so get fit and use the staircase :)

The apartment was very nice and had most things we needed. Everything was clean and working upon our arrival. The airconditioner was an absolute must in the Parisian heat and we very much appreciated it. Very easy self check-in when we arrived in the evening. The building had an elevator which was nice since we stayed on the top floor (6th). The apartment was close to a few metro stations and supermarkets, which was very convenient. The neighborhood was a bit quieter and laid-back than some of the other arrondissements but felt quite safe.

I think the only thing we were missing was a trash can in the bathroom. It got a little hot in the bedroom because the airconditioner was situated in the living room, but I am not sure if anything can be done about that.

As shown in pictures - small and simple, but comfortable and containing evening you might need during your stay. The bed and sofa bed were both very comfortable. The kitchen was very functional. Hot water and heat worked great. The residence is a 4-7 minute walk from several metro and bus stops and in a safe, residential area with lots of shops and restaurants.

It would be nice if the hotel provided salt and olive oil in the kitchen. We would have appreciated if they replenished the tea and coffee on second and subsequent days. Walls are a bit thin - this generally wasn’t a problem, as the neighborhood is quiet in the evening and most guests were pretty quiet.

Everything was perfect - i mean regarding accomodation. Paris is a bit different story…but apartment was perfectly located, very clean, Zack the host was amazing, great bakery just under, nice shops and area around. I run apartments myself and this place i can truly recommend. We were family two adults and two children and we trully enjoyed our stay here 👍

Near the Metro, supermarket and the place was clean, posh and just right for my whole family. Our 1 night stay was comfortable. We will book again when we visit Paris:)

The host communicated really well prior to our arrival, we arrived after reception had closed but the access to the apartment was very clear and simple. The accommodation was very clean and was great for the 4 of us. There was a local bakery which served some amazing pastries and breads, and the supermarket opposite was very handy. We hadn't realised that the tour de France was on, which meant that Paris was a little busier than expected, however it made going even more memorable. Wish we had a little longer to explore Paris.

Could have done with some air conditioning, we left the window open in the evening but there was a lot of street noise.

Great location – although not right in the city center, it’s very well connected to all the main attractions. The neighborhood has that authentic Parisian charm, with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. Huge praise for the staff – they were incredibly kind and helpful. Even though we arrived before check-in time, they allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception, which made everything so much easier. We truly appreciated the hospitality!

When we entered the room, the sink was clogged, but the receptionist resolved the issue very quickly, which we really appreciated. The coffee machine doesn’t always work perfectly – sometimes you need to manually adjust the capsule for it to be accepted by the machine.

The apartment is clean enough with comfortable air-conditioning, fast WiFi, with all the things you need inside. It is just five minutes walk to the Metro Station. The reception Zack is very helpful and responsive fast to any issues and questions through WhatsApp and the minor issues are repaired promptly. He also provides additional information for how to use the washing machine and top up some coffee capsules and toilet paper rolls for us. We would consider to stay again in the future and highly recommended.

We stayed in the family apartment and it was perfect for 3 adults. Bed and sofa bed was very comfortable. Property also very clean when we arrived. The area was great, close to metro stations, trams and buses. Lots of cafes, shops, markets nearby. Hosts were very friendly and always responsive to any queries. It was also very handy to store our bags there after check out.

Apartment needed a little maintenance. Bedside lamps weren't working properly and the blinds in the bedroom were broken so you couldn't open them. If you want to cook there, you have to purchase your own supplies (salt, pepper, oil etc) and there was also no laundry detergent provided.
