Convenient transportation. Quiet room. Good heat. Friendly staff. Comfortable.

The shower head kept tipping forward and would not stay put. I had to tie a knot using the shower hose to keep the shower head in place. Also, the shower faucet would move easily if you happened to bump against it causing the water temperature to suddenly change. I would prefer to have another soap dispenser placed closer to the sink as you have to reach around the shower wall to take soap from the dispenser for use at the sink which is awkward.

Great place to stay. Super clean and nicely decorated. I like the service, you have a water boiler that is not common in many hotels without extra charge (at least in Germany). You can ask extra cutleries at the reception if you want to eat in the room.

Only thing that bothers me a lot is noise. Unfortunately doors and walls are not sound proof and the guy stayed next to us made a lot of noises. Luckily we were so tired that we slept well. However, normally for a business reason travel, it is hard to get rest while such an annoying noise. I would recommend hotel staffs to replace the doors with sound proof one.

Due the fact the hotel is located in the central area, the price was more than ok. The staff was very friendly, we had a late check-in and the receptionist was more than happy to help. The room was ok and very warm. No problem with the hot water in particular and nothing to complain about facillities in general.

Too many stairs — but I don’t believe it is the fault of the manager as the most bulidings in Paris are constructed this way. Some things (as the shower cabin) aren’t the newest and, thus, it might look as not the cleanest — anyway, they were washed and we can’t complain about the cleaning, got new clean towels and sheets.

The privare rooms are basic but fair. The bathroom was definitely beyond the average for this price range. Location-wise ideal, not very central but still in the city enough to have most conveniences and some attractions within walking distance.

The stairway and corridors are extremely tiny. The double bed was unusually small/short, which may be a problem if you're very tall.

everything was beautiful. The street where the hotel is located is great, with many bakeries, markets, and restaurants. The street is noisy, but the noise did not reach the apartment. The beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. This is a small hotel, but well maintained. Towels were changed every day.

I liked the cleanliness - the staff changed us daily the bedding and added always new towels. The receptionist was willing to recommend us where to buy new shoes and also we could keep there luggage later in the day of check-out.

We did not have a window to the street, only very little window to the roof. Every night we were waken up by a noise in our floor. Once someone wanted to enter in our room aroun 2pm. He probably forgot his room but was very unpleasant. The other night someone was obviously working with noisy sounds and I really could not asleep.

It was very decent and good hotel for the value and very close to metro station, I enjoyed stroll to pere lachaise which was very close by. It was good neighbourhood and hotel was clean and staffs were very friendly and nice. Overall very good hotel for the price and enjoyed my stay.

The only issues were, there was no lift, and walls were thin so the sound next door could be loud at night.

The staff was very friendly and they are eager to help you. The location is good, very good and the room was clean. Also hot water for shower :)

The room is poor soundproof isolated, so every noise from outside or from the neighboring rooms is very loud during the night. Also the wifi is not great but manageable.

Location is very good - area is not very touristy - Parisian experience with small shop and cafes with local people in was refreshing. Easy access to the metro and bus. Few step from legendary Pere Lachese cemetery.

Floor was not vacuumed at all, at the beginning we had ants in our room, so we had to go on a "hunt" to ensure cleanliness and safety ourselves. Yet bed linen and shower were clean from the start

Placed in an ideal location, close to everything someone might need! The rooms are nice, the staff is polite and helpful and generally it's a very good value for money!

Small improvements like having hangers for the towels or wardrobes for the clothes would be beneficial but that's about it.
