Lovely, friendly staff at the front reception desk, breakfast room and housekeeping, everyone was brilliant. We enjoyed the warm welcome and the kind gifts left in our room by the hotel team as we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay. ❤️ Our room (35) was large and very comfortable with everything we could need. Air conditioning was a godsend! We waited less than 1 minute for the lift every time we used it. The daily cake and choice of beverages in reception was fantastic and well used by us. Breakfast choices were all great, fresh bread, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruits, salad, yoghurt, smoked salmon and bacon and eggs, there was plenty on offer and the breakfast staff were attentive and helpful. There were several superb bistros restaurants and brasseries within a 10 minute walk of the hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed the eateries in the area. The hotel is a 1 minute walk to the Seine where we caught the Batobus to other areas of Paris and the metro stop is at the end of the street. It really is a fabulous location.

We like a good shower and although perfectly adequate the shower over bath water pressure was a bit low and so we took longer than usual to bathe. It's the only thing we can think of that wasn't perfect!

Lovely lobby and garden area. Very nice breakfast area and breakfast. Room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. They helped us with charging our devices, bringing us a multi-plug . As there was a heat wave, the room was warm even with AC so they brought us two fans. The staff was truly exceptional. We will return!

The bathtub was a bit deep and so hard to get into for us older guests. And a mat would be nice as it is slippery as well. I am sure that if we had asked, they would have brought one!

A beautifully appointed mid-priced boutique hotel in a calm and peaceful yet central location. Nicely equipped rooms, comfortable bed, immaculately clean. The staff were all friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. All staff put up good naturedly with my dreadful French and they also spoke English to a good standard (certainly an awful lot better than my French). There were some lovely sitting areas downstairs including a small enclosed garden which was very peaceful and cool. There was a lounge area which always had complementary soft drinks and water and also good home-made cake in the afternoon along with daily newspapers. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Location of the hotel was perfect. It was close enough to the main part of the city, whilst being in a quieter part of the city, meaning we got a great nights sleep! We were just 15 minute walk from the Louvre, a 30 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower and only 5 minutes from the Museum D'Orsay. The welcome at the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room we had was a great size with two very comfortable beds, one of them being a sofa bed. Breakfast was a buffet with bacon, sausage and egg as well as cheese, meat, toast, pastries, yogurts and fresh fruit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would happily recommend the Hotel D'Orsay!

This hotel is situated perfectly with easy access to the Seine and the two major museums. Great restaurants nearby and easy walking distance to all the major sites. Loved the proximity to St Germaine and with a little bit of effort, the walks to the 5th arr. were very manageable for younger families and mid-life couples. Elderly visitors (and those who simply don't enjoy exercise or walking) would definitely require transportation to major sites like Notre Dame and the Eifel Tower. The rooms were charming and very comfortable, but also the typically small size of most Parisian hotel rooms. Our room slept three people comfortably and still had space for our baggage. The welcome glass of champagne and the service at breakfast were the crown jewels of the fantastic service at this hotel! This hotel staff will make you feel at home... from the first "Bonjour" to the final "Au revoir!"

The only thing we didn't like about this stay was that we only stayed for two nights. We should have stayed for at least a week! Parking overnight in the heart of the city was stupidly expensive... but we expected it and were prepared. It would be fantastic if the Hotel could arrange for some sort of discount with the parking at Indigo.

Breakfast! For us, a big, low-carb breakfast is necessary for a successful day of energetic touring, and we got just that at Hotel d'Orsay. Scrambled eggs and bacon, sliced meats, wonderful French cheeses, avocados, pickles, nuts, fresh fruits, cafe americain with warm milk brought to your lovely table by a friendly server--just great. Location! In the heart of the city but quiet at night. Convenient to every place we wanted to go. The bed! Comfortable and supportive. We slept wonderfully well all five nights.

The location was perfect! We were there for only 4 nights and 3 in the group had never been to Paris before so we wanted to see all the tourist spots and this was close to all the major sites. We were a block in from the Seine on a quiet street between the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and Notre Dame. Perfect! The staff was also exceptional and really made us feel welcome. And finally the property was small so not overwhelming and it was beautifully decorated.

The bathtubs - the sides are too high and the tub is narrow. But it was a typical European bathtub so I can’t really complain.

The location was excellent. It was very close to the Musee D'Orsay and the Seine. Metro and RER stations really close. Over the river were the Tuileries Gardens and you could walk one way to Notre Dame and the other to Place de la Concorde. The room was very clean and had a view of other old buildings. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom clean and modern and it was quiet at night. Breakfast was served from 7 - 11 so there was no rush. There was a good choice of nice food. The staff were all friendly, polite, helpful and charming and spoke really good english. We would definitely go there again (or to one of the other Esprit hotels).

The room was a bit small, but it is the centre of Paris so we expected it. It wasn't a problem for us.

Location is excellent, very near the River Seine, Musee d'Orsay and the metro. Staff were always friendly and very helpful - nothing was too much trouble.

We booked a deluxe room which was not that large but it was perfectly comfortable. Prior to our visit we were asked whether we wanted a walk-in shower or a bath but although we asked whether there were rooms with both a bath and a shower, the staff did not explain that the baths included a shower and that the walk-in shower was in an accessible room (which we did not need).

Location: brilliant, walking distance to most major Paris sites. Close to two Metro stations and one RER station if you need to get further afield or can't do too much walking. Quiet street, lots of small restaurants in the neighbourhood. Staff: very friendly and helpful Room: small, but value for money in central Paris. Terrific bed Breakfast: Excellent breakfast buffet, a lot more food choices than you often get in small European hotels.

Bathroom is very small, was ok for me but not usable by two people at the same time. Shower doesn't have a shelf to put toiletries on, so you have to put them on the floor. Sink is very small, and the positioning of the faucet on the side of the sink meant that inevitably water got on the counter. If you travel with a lot of toiletries (like some people I know) this would be a challenge. A minor quibble, this is a great hotel that I highly recommend and would stay at again.
