the decor is very tired and shabby. it needs to be remodernised. Especially the bathrooms as the grouting becomes a health hazard as they’re never cleaned properly. and showers over baths are dangerous.

No consideration given to women travelers. Horrible lighting in bathroom for applying makeup. Bad hairdryer in bathroom with no power and overheats. Room has another hairdryer but not possible to plug in ANYWHERE near a mirror so need to dry or use curling iron or straightener blindly as the bathroom socket won't work for those. Had same problem with room last year so guess it's the same for all rooms. Would be nice to have kettle and coffee in room. Hotel and rooms are a bit 'tired' and could use an update

This hotel is a Paris institution located extremely centrally. It has a cozy cocktail bar with fabulous service and in general the service was great. The rooms overlooking the courtyard are quiet and depending on the floor have very high ceilings. The beds are comfortable (although these are not westin heavenly beds) and the linens are nice. If you get a last-minute deal via booking, the value is good.

The Westin really needs to up its game on decoration - the room needed a fresh coat of paint and the decorative photos were absolutely tacky. The room could have been designed a bit better - the bed almost hit the TV stand so it was difficult to move from one side of the room to the other. There is no coffee in the room, you have to go to the lobby to get it, and this also seems very un 5-star.

Great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and clean. Good breakfast. Overall a lovely hotel, but our bedroom was a bit old and tired.

Overpriced for what they offer, the bedroom was old and tired. Chipped furniture, old flaking bath, lipstick stains on the carpet & holes in the headboard. Very dusty & had to chase them to get the mini bar replenished. There was no doorman, just a bored looking security guard leaning on the wall on his mobile phone. All this combined meant that it felt like we paid too much for what they offered.

An historic building in the very middle of a part of Paris filled with the most amazing architechture, shops and brands. Add beautiful employees, always smiling, polite and professional, and you have a great recipe for a great stay in Paris.

The hotel feels dated, naturally. Then again its what you expect from such an old building. Sometimes finding your way could be a bit difficult. If I was the director I would make sure that every room has all the central information you need. Then again you can always trust the people in reception for anything inside and outside the hotel.

The Property is Amazing but it is time for an update. The bathrooms are in need of renewal. The hand held shower needs new gasket; the water splashed from everywhere. The sink don’t drain easily. The cleanliness at the steps of entrance of hotel needs to be done hourly. It was full of dust that remained for 2/3 days

Very polite stuff! Nice dinner and room service.. Comfortable beed and pillows.. good quality of linens in general and the softest towels ever.. didn't have the opportunity to try the marvellous bathrobes due to much stress cause of attending exhibitions . next time🤗 Breakfast.. haven't had any chance to enjoy because of the programme too hectic and although this had been one of the topics for my booking at Westin's next time 🙏 Nice lightening everywhere .. atmospheric and correct..! Body cream was excellent .. 👌 I have taken a pair of sleepers with Westin logo as souvenir😉

The cappuccino.. but room service has tried to improve as this was possible. Machines need to be totally changed to professional machines for an excellent coffee and coffee machines for Nespresso & milk foaming inside each room would be ideally interesting.

The room on the first floor was spacious this time with high ceiling and classic style, the one I like. Breakfast was good at the restaurant facing the Louvre.

If the room had a coffee set, that would have been much more convenient.

Breakfast and its location was outstanding. This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, it was not our first trip, we’re happy to be return visitors.
