The location was great as I could easily walk to most places I wanted to visit. The staff was very friendly, attentive and helpful. The food at the included breakfast was plentiful, varied and delicious. I also ate in the restaurant for dinner a couple of times and one lunch. The food was excellent then too. The room was the perfect size and the bed was comfortable. I slept well each night. I very much liked the fact that the key card was needed to get to the floor on which I was staying. This gave me a more secure feeling as nobody could follow me up to my room. It also wasn't a huge hotel. More intimate.

Superior room was a good size for a couple. Beds comfortable. Location very central to get around all areas in the city and close to Tuileries metro. The breakfast was good and dining room very welcoming and bright; however, could use a bit of a refresh - same options each day for 5 days. All staff were amazing and went out of their way to be helpful with restaurant and tourist recommendations.

Construction on street outside window a bit noisy. Some dedicated space to ‘hang out’ would be nice as rooms are small. A wake up call received when not requested was a bit of a disappointment on our one intentional ‘sleep in’ day. We may have missed but information about closest metro station on your hotel site or booking.com site would be helpful.

Great location, wonderful very helpful and polite staff, lovely lovely room with a balcony, with generous L’Occitane toiletries. The breakfast buffet was my favorite, the cheese and croissants were divine! When we were about to leave, I wanted to bring some croissants with me and asked if I could buy some, and they gave me a big bag of maybe 15 croissants and only charged me 8 EUR. It was such a nice and generous gesture. My husband and I had the most wonderful time!

The Concierge, Eric Mentana, provide excellent service in all respects. Also, upon arrival on a Sunday evening, when the restaurant was not open, Aurelia (Sp?) the night receptionist, was very helpful in arranging a late dinner at a nearby brasserie. The location is very good to shopping, dining and tourist attractions.

Nothing much, really. Everything was about as expected. The key for me is often the staff and their service attitude. In this respect, I would rate that highly, 9.5. For the property and the room, 8.7..

The service was excellent right from the start. Everyone from the bellboy, check in staff at reception and the concierge, Eric in particular was incredibly warm, friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Place du Vendome and the Lourve. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The plumbing wasn't too good. One of the sinks was very slow in draining. They fixed it right away but it would be slow again the next time we used it.

Everything!!!!!!!! You cannot beat the location & in the nicest district in Paris (right near the Lourve). The hotel is pure luxury. I absolutely LOVED my room. The bed is super comfortable from, relaxing to sleeping. The shower in the bathroom is lush & the room itself is spacious for Paris standards. Staff are super friendly, helpful and provided excellent customer service. When I come back to Paris, I shall return!

The location was PERFECT. Close to all the attractions and within walking distance. Plenty of food choices around the area including Asian food. There are a few bubble tea shops too! I was craving for this! The room was more spacious than I thought. They provide slippers and robes as well! This is standard in Asia but the first hotel that I come across that provide these since coming to Europe. People at reception were friendly and helpful.

Only minor but there were some ants on the bathroom basin. We got rid of them and didn’t see any after that.

Wonderful location we could walk to main attractions such as Musee d'Orsay and The Louvre and were just a few minutes away from the metro and the Jardin de Tuilieries. The hotel had both a refined and relaxed atmosphere. The reception staff were quietly attentive and the restaurant team made sure that everyone was well looked after.

We had a wonderful room with a terrace - there was evidence of water damage just outside the door and clea lack of maintenance to outside paintwork which was a pity but not a deal breaker.

The room, while it is listed as having a decent amount of square footage, did not have nearly enough storage room. The half closet was not enough for one person, let alone two international travelers. The bathroom was large with a very large spot of unusable space across from the toilet. I would have preferred to be without that and have an actual full sized closet. Room shape was a bit awkward- perhaps due to the large balcony. Nice overall, but storage spaces was very inadequate.

Rooms should be more and mor cleaann. It was really dirty. Rooms are tinnyyy but its ok. For the breakfast room (breakfast included) ,employees are really weird, they are not friendly and smiley also Omlets are chargeable its reallyy horrible cause you are the city hotel and u are not cheap soooo Customers should have the right to free food
