The hotel was in a wonderful location. The staff were very welcoming. The room was spacious for a studio type apartment and had high ceilings. There was a lockbox for any travel documents and plenty of storage room in the closet. Also, the air conditioning was amazing! It was hot while we were there, and we were very comfortable at night. I would definitely book a stay here again.

My only suggestion to travelers is to make sure the property is aware if you have difficulty climbing stairs, so you are not on a high floor. We were fine.

Upon arrival we were greeted by two helpful and accommodating staff (Clemence and Alice). They happy stored our luggage as we arrived early in Paris. The incredible location meant we could easily find things to see and do until our official check in time. The room was perfect. The cleanliness meant we could instantly relax and enjoy. The kids loved the loft and the beds were the best I’ve slept in while in Europe. Thank you ! Upon checkout we were able to store our luggage and this made soaking up the last of Parisian life possible. Thanks for helping to make our Paris holiday wonderful

The only comment would be that there are stairs to the room so heavy luggage would be a little tricky. But totally worth the effort.

Excellent location and value for my family of four. The room is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pictures don’t show this well, but there is tons of space for storage under the stairs. So we could unpack all of our bags and store the luggage bags and still had a lot of space in the room. I would highly recommend this place for a family to stay in Paris .

The toilet seats were old and peeling, but otherwise the bathroom is great. FYI The daily cleaners will not do the dishes in the apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator. But we managed this fine!

The staff was excellent and very attentive. When the breakfast service was late they even left a little box of chocolates in our room. Thank you! The breakfast was lovely also. And the location couldn't be better.

The room could use some updating - leaking shower floor, and peeling wall paper. I think it would also be good to have someone available to carry suitcases up to the 4th floor so guests don't have to do that themselves.

The location is excellent, and the room was comfortable and very clean.

I wish we’d been warned that we might have to drag our luggage up to the 4th floor: there is no elevator, and there are 75 steps to get to the top floor. I would also have been happier with fewer mirrors. They are *everywhere*! It makes the room look bigger in photos, but it’s a little creepy to be constantly looking at yourself.

We stayed at this great hotel during our recent trip to Europe. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, possibly even better than the one we have at home. The hotel is in a quiet street, with a grocery store around the corner and plenty of budget-friendly restaurants within a 3-5 minute walk. The rooms were brand new, with great showers, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we received two Nespresso pods as a welcome gift. Although we would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room, we were pleased with the hotel's location, which was within walking distance of the Louvre, subway station, and many other attractions. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of the city.

At first, we encountered a minor issue with the shower, but the attentive hotel staff quickly remedied the situation. It would be greatly appreciated if a complimentary water bottle could be provided in the room.

The best feature of this stay was the location. Located a short distance from The Louvre, it was nestled in a lovely neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and a little bodega was basically right next door. It was very easy to get around the city from this location, either by walking, taking a taxi, or renting a bicycle. The room itself was very cozy, looked just like the photos, and we loved the vibe.

The staircase in the building was very narrow with hollow stairs that were very loud when other guests stomped up and down them. Another downside was that we could not get a single window to open. I'm not sure whether they were glued, nailed, or painted shut, but to get fresh air, we had to go outside, and we just had to live with a foggy bathroom after shower time.

The location and breakfast are perfect. The rooms are clean. I also want to thank them for being really problem solvers when unexpected problems arise.

The price performance balance .....Paris has many old buildings, especially in the city centre, and lowering your accommodation expectations will satisfy you.

Apartment on the 4th floor without an elevator. Very limited selection for vegans at breakfast. The need to reserve breakfast at a specific time due to the small capacity of the breakfast room. Earlier morning slots were already taken.

the apartment was excellent for our family, it had a small kitchen, dinning table, very well decorated, the location was perfect, the staff was very attentive and kind, always trying to help.

the only downside was that our apartment was on the last floor and we had to go up 5 flights of stairs but this is normal in many places in Paris and other European cities.
