Loved the location, perfect for exploring the major sites of Paris and surrounded by great food establishments. We were on the top floor and room was spacious and had everything we need. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The bathroom is a little dated and very small which isn’t normally an issue but the radiator was scalding hot and right against the door so my children kept burning themselves as they came in and out. The elevator was also very small but no issue for a family of 4 with hand luggage only but would be if we had bigger cases.

The location is prime, centrally located, walking distance to the Louvre and fantastic shopping areas, as well as the trains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and good breakfast.

- After we checked in and stepped out for a brief period, we returned to find one of the staff in our room. We questioned a few times the purpose of the visit, receiving the response that he was the manager and allowed to be in our room for inspection, even though we had just checked in. It didn't sit well with us, it felt intrusive. - There were long hairs in the washroom which did not belong to us. - The shower stall flooded and over-flowed to soak the bathmat and part of the bathroom.

Location, style (charming and warm, welcoming character) size (boutique property), friendly staff available 24 hrs. Perfect in every way! In addition to a short walk to the Louvre, there are several fabulous restaurants in close proximity offering a pleasant and dining experience. Lots of outdoor cafes to rest and savor the city’s personality. Lovely!

This hotel is a gem located in the heart of Paris. The building is old ( probably 18th Century) but the interior is fresh, chic and brimming with Parisian style. Our room was a good size, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The decor was beautiful - a real ‘home away from home’ The staff were all very friendly and helpful I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

My only small criticism would be that the coffee served at breakfast was awful - so I just didn’t drink it …. It’s not like you can’t find a good coffee in Paris

The staff was so friendly. On the morning of our flight, they prepared us a to-go breakfast with delicious breads and cheeses. We were so grateful. Also the location is right downtown next to a lot of awesome restaurants and museums.

The beds were a bit of uncomfortable. I'm not sure what it was but it was harder to sleep in them than expected. Noise might also be an issue since it is on a busy street but I understand that the hotel can't control that.

Great location near the Louvre. Lovely small hotel in Parisian style. The room was very comfortable with the city street view. The room had air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. There was a small shop across the road for water, fruit wine, and the basics if needed. It was a lovely quiet area where we felt very safe. Breakfast in the hotel was very good with fresh pastries, fresh orange juice, coffee, yougart, and fruit. Staff were very professional, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend this gem of a hotel for a Paris City break.

There were no negatives about this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Relais Saint Honore. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We chose Le Relais Saint Honore because of it's location, close to so many places we enjoy visiting.

The property needs some updating - furniture in reception area, carpet in stairwell, etc. The rate was rather high, and they charged for a simple breakfast, assembled (not cooked) by staff.

Location was terrific. The air conditioning worked very well, and was important to us given how hot the weather was. However, the bathroom was a very generous size. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They greeted us by name each time we passed through the lobby, and always made us feel welcome.

I was expecting small rooms, but it was a little smaller than expected. The toilet is in a seperate room on the other side of the bedroom area from the rest of the bathroom. It is so small that it is difficult to close the door! This was a minor inconvenience as the hotel's positive attributes far outweigh these minor negatives.

Very pleasant and friendly staff, great location although all the restaurants/bars in the general area shut down early. The breakfast buffet was decent & in a cave like setting that was really cool. The room was very clean and kept that way during our stay.

Size and layout of the room made it tight for two people with a weeks worth of luggage. The room was plainly decorated and did not reflect the online pictures.
