The location of the property is great, right in the center just a 3 minutes walk from the Louvre and the metro station. The hotel is very charmant in an old building, but with a stylish and modern interior design and renovated. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel room was rather small but compeletely fine for two persons and in general the hotel was great value for the price.

Only thing which could be improved would be the mirrors. We only had mirrors in the bathroom. We were two women so getting ready took some time as we had to share one mirror.

Loved the location, perfect for exploring the major sites of Paris and surrounded by great food establishments. We were on the top floor and room was spacious and had everything we need. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The bathroom is a little dated and very small which isn’t normally an issue but the radiator was scalding hot and right against the door so my children kept burning themselves as they came in and out. The elevator was also very small but no issue for a family of 4 with hand luggage only but would be if we had bigger cases.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, especially because of its excellent location. The room was quite spacious and very clean. The bathroom was also very nice, with great water pressure and all the necessary amenities, including women’s hygiene products, a shaving kit, and other useful little items. Special thanks to the staff, who were always friendly and helpful with solving any questions and offering advice that can be very useful for a traveler.

The location is prime, centrally located, walking distance to the Louvre and fantastic shopping areas, as well as the trains. The staff were friendly and helpful, and good breakfast.

- After we checked in and stepped out for a brief period, we returned to find one of the staff in our room. We questioned a few times the purpose of the visit, receiving the response that he was the manager and allowed to be in our room for inspection, even though we had just checked in. It didn't sit well with us, it felt intrusive. - There were long hairs in the washroom which did not belong to us. - The shower stall flooded and over-flowed to soak the bathmat and part of the bathroom.

Location, style (charming and warm, welcoming character) size (boutique property), friendly staff available 24 hrs. Perfect in every way! In addition to a short walk to the Louvre, there are several fabulous restaurants in close proximity offering a pleasant and dining experience. Lots of outdoor cafes to rest and savor the city’s personality. Lovely!

It would be nice to have a proper coffee machine instead of instant powder coffee in the room.

Located on Rue St. Honore, which is one of the best areas to stay in Paris in my opinion. Whether you want to go to Marais or to Place Pigale, this is right in the middle, also very close to Tuilleries. The hotel is cozy, the staff very friendly and the free coffee and newspaper in the reception area completes the amazing experience.

This hotel is a gem located in the heart of Paris. The building is old ( probably 18th Century) but the interior is fresh, chic and brimming with Parisian style. Our room was a good size, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The decor was beautiful - a real ‘home away from home’ The staff were all very friendly and helpful I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

My only small criticism would be that the coffee served at breakfast was awful - so I just didn’t drink it …. It’s not like you can’t find a good coffee in Paris

The staff was so friendly. On the morning of our flight, they prepared us a to-go breakfast with delicious breads and cheeses. We were so grateful. Also the location is right downtown next to a lot of awesome restaurants and museums.

The beds were a bit of uncomfortable. I'm not sure what it was but it was harder to sleep in them than expected. Noise might also be an issue since it is on a busy street but I understand that the hotel can't control that.

We enjoyed our stay at Le Relais Saint Honore. The staff was very attentive and helpful. We chose Le Relais Saint Honore because of it's location, close to so many places we enjoy visiting.

The property needs some updating - furniture in reception area, carpet in stairwell, etc. The rate was rather high, and they charged for a simple breakfast, assembled (not cooked) by staff.
