The Hotel Brighton is an authentic and charming hotel in a first class location allowing you to walk everywhere. Our room looked over the Tuileries, Eiffel Tower, Musee D’Orsay and The Louvre. The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless, and there were thoughtful touches like a magnifying mirror and satin coat hangers. The breakfast each morning was perfect in a charming little dining room. The staff were so polite and the manager understood old- fashion customer service. The whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

We were assigned to a room that had a terrible smell, and we had to insist to get changed. It was really bad, no way you could sleep there. But after we complained they gave us a superior room, that had spectacular views of the city. So they did solve the problem, and it was a good solution. Staff was responsive and helpful.

they should’ve known that the room they gave us was not in good conditions, we spent like 2 hours in the complain-check room-change room process, and we were really tired from a long trip.

Great location. Staff were amazing, always polite and helpful. Rooms very clean. There was a mix up with our driver picking us up to take us to the airport and one of the ladies at reception went above and beyond to help us. Very thankful for this.

No USB ports in room. We didn’t realise we had to pay the second half of the accommodation at the hotel when checking in. We thought it would come straight out of our bank account through booking.com like it usually has with other hotel booking agencies. It was quite a large amount to pay so thankfully we sorted it out.

Friendly reception staff, comfortable beds. I liked that we only had to check out at 12:00 - that left us with some time to hang around before our train ride. The complimentary tea and cake and the champagne and juice upon arrival were very nice. The luggage storage was great. There were also some biscuits and nuts in the room.

We booked the hotel and the higher end rooms based solely on the promise of a panoramic view of Paris. But be warned: our rooms were on the 1st floor, so you do not really have the great view unless you are higher up. The airconditioner in one of the rooms we booked did not function very well. The towels are quite worn. The shower in the bath is really dated and not very comfortable. They were the only hotel during our three week trip that put a large hold on our credit card which they promised would be released on check in, but which, two weeks later, we still are struggling to have released.

The location.

The shower, it was an upgrade, I’d estimate about ten years ago, but it leaked badly as the door and the flashing don’t fit well. I stayed there a week before through a booking I made myself. The shower on my second stay was better but I hate to think of what all the leaking water is doing to the buildings structure…mold and rotting wood I would expect. But when you’re paying what I paid for this room, the shower should NOT leak.

The location was great, we really enjoyed being in this part of Paris and being able to walk easily to most attractions, restaurants and shops. Our room was perfect, we stayed in 413, which had a double window and balcony view of Paris. This was a showstopper and we loved it. All the staff were amazing, super friendly and helpful. We would deffo stay again.

The room wasn’t the most modern but was still pretty, clean and comfortable. The view was amazing. Isn’t something that we didn’t like but if you want ultra modern then it’s just side note.

Lovely rooms with comfortable beds, large closets, and large, well-equipped bathrooms. The staff were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful. They spoke impeccable English and helped us with whatever we needed. The breakfast room was charming, but we did not take breakfast at the hotel. The lobby and bar area are small but nicely decorated and comfortable. The location is right in the heart of the first arrondissement, close to the Louvre, Champs Elysee, Rue Saint-Honore and Tuileries Garden. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and the Metro is right across the street.

The bar area was not always staffed with a bartender (check at front desk) and it closes early for Paris.

My recent stay was nothing short of extraordinary, and it's a place I'll undoubtedly return to on my next visit. The hotel boasts a truly prime location, just a street away from the magnificent Louvre Museum. This made exploring the city's iconic landmarks and charming streets incredibly convenient, placing the very best of Paris right at my fingertips. However, what truly sets this hotel apart and makes it so unique is its exceptional service. From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel like a super valuable guest, not just another face passing through. There are a lot of exceptionally good hotels in Paris but this feeling of being genuinely valued is a rare find and transformed my stay from pleasant to truly memorable.

My stay at Hôtel Brighton – Esprit de France was absolutely perfect. From the welcome greeting until the check-out the staff made me feel at home all the time. The entire team of each department, be it the reception desk, the breakfast service or the housekeeping, does an excellent job and is very kind, friendly and professional. The reception desk team gave me lots of useful information and precious assistance whenever I needed help. The breakfast was simply delicious. The room was very clean, cosy and equipped with everything one needs during a vacation. A big plus was the splendid view of the room towards the city including the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries, the „Musée d’Orsay“, the gothic towers of „Basilique Saint-Clotilde“as well as the golden dome of „Hôtel des Invalides“and last but not least the majestic Eiffel tower. :). The hotel is located at a top address of the town. The Louvre Museum is very close and just one street behind there is the famous „rue St. Honoré“, home to lots of luxury brand fashion stores. Just across the street is the metro station from which you can go to any place in Paris. Also there are many great restaurants and cafés nearby. The hotel’s second name is „Esprit of France“ and it lives up to its name in the best way imaginable. It was a great pleasure to stay there and I recommend it to anyone who visits Paris. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was very clean, with beautifully maintained and wide rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service, especially from the receptionist, Mr.Saif and Mr.Sami. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. They were not only professional and efficient but also kind and accommodating, providing helpful recommendations and making sure all my needs were met.
