This was my first experience in Paris. The room was quite spacious for me alone. The room had a large window, which made the room very cozy. The toilet and the room itself were clean, there were no odors. The bed was super comfortable. The elevator is tiny but fast. The location is great, the Louvre is literally a 10-minute walk away, but the area is quiet and calm. There are a lot of cafes nearby, there are also supermarkets, buses go nearby (I didn’t use the metro). The staff is cute, they were always friendly and helpful. After checkout, they kindly allowed me to leave my luggage and then let me wait in the lobby for departure.

There was noise coming from the next room, but I was very tired and quickly fell asleep.

I arrived before the check-in time, but I was given a very warm welcome and immediately received a room that was even better than what I had booked. I always experienced nothing but kindness from the hotel staff. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; it couldn't be better, with places nearby, grocery stores, and restaurants to suit any taste! Thank you so much for the warm reception; I will definitely return.

I stayed here in 2022 and returned for 2024 because of the great location, comfort, and convenience! The hotel has renovated and installed an elevator since my last visit and the prices have increased slightly, but I still recommend it for its location, staff, and amenities. It is located close to several metros, walking distance to the Louvre, Musee d'Orsey, Tuileries, and Musee l'Organgerie. Around the corner is a little market for grab and go sandwiches, water, wine and the area is full of restaurants and bakeries. This visit I was traveling by myself and felt completely safe. My single was perfect for me and the bed was comfortable. The staff was great and understanding with my check out time!

Staff - Alice, Meesan and Phoi (front desk staff) were exceptional !!!. Always friendly, going out of the way tp help with any questions we had, helping with luggage without being asked, getting the metro week pass in working order.... their hospitality was just great. Their attitude was "how can we help to make your stay enjoyable" and they did. The manager was also extremely friendly and helpful the first day when we arrived; we arrived a little before official check-in time, he very generously waived our early check-in fee and let us get to our rooms so that we could take a nap after our long travel. Location close to museums, gardens, churches, restaurants and a mini-market 3 minutes away on foot.

Location is great, central location. All major sites easily reachable by walking. Market at corner, many restaurants nearby. Comfortable apart/hotel - small but sufficient for our stay.

We booked Family room on first floor - annex building. It was smaller than anticipated - good use of space, however, lofted bed area has “very low” ceiling - only option to access is to bend over to climb stairs into loft and crawl into bed. No room to sit up. Shower was sufficient but a bit awkward w deep tub. Not ADA friendly. Would be a nice touch to provide daily coffee and water, at no charge, at minimum in lobby of hotel.

My final day's schedule was Louvre Museum, that's why I was looking for the hotel near that. At a glance, it was a tiny building , and the elevator was an unfamiliar experience like I must open the door front of. Good location, just take 7mints by walk. Likewise, metro 1, 14 and etc.. could connect. Staff was so kind that it was easy to get a check-in and storing my baggage. I should haven't passed the breakfast in here, in my opinion, a meal consisting of breads and drinks(milk, coffee, juice, tea) and something else.

If I pick up the negative point, it would be toilet. That space was too tiny that when I wanted to use sink, I a little bit felt unfortable.

The breakfasts were amazing, the bed was super compfy and the location could not have been better! The desk clerks went above and beyond to help us in everything we possibly needed to make our vacation easy and less stressful in getting around and getting tickets. Staying here was a great decision.

You can't really change it, but it was a little inconvenient having to book our time in the dining room for breakfast. It is a small space and you serve a lot of people. I don't know what you could do different. Space is just a precious commodity there.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city but on a quiet side street. The room was small but immaculate, and the staff could not have been nicer. They were helpful and friendly.

Literally nothing could have been better. The linen was pristine, the room was comfortable. The room was small so I don't think it would fit, but I would have loved a cozy chair to sit in.

A cosy hotel located in a central area with very friendly and helpful staff . My single room was small but well organised such as it was comfortable enough, very quiet and very clean. You can find plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Every attraction I was interested is situated at an walking distance. I was in Paris for the third time and this was the best. I will definitely come back here.

Is not the case

This hotel is in a great location and the room we had was very spacious, clean and well equiped. The staff were excellent and very helpful with check in and booking a taxi for us. It was within reach of the main centre and a short taxi ride away from the Eiffel Tower. A great hotel and would deifnitely recommend to anyone.

We had to ask for an iron as the rooms didn't have them in and the ironing board was a very tiny fold up.
