The room was incredible, a perfect end to a busy work trip. So comfortable, the personal wifi was a huge bonus, the bath and shower were amazing and the bed was super comfortable. I arrived 3 hours early but the front desk were happy to check me in, which was a real godsend - and generally the staff were just super friendly throughout my stay. They sent a complementary bottle of champagne to my room and I enjoyed a dip in their pool and sauna - which was quiet and so relaxing. The breakfast was delicious too, both the buffet and the menu items! The location is great also, in the mix of L'Opera and surrounded by some good Japanese restaurants and not far from la seine and le louvre. I perhaps wouldn't bother with the price tag if it was my first trip to Paris, as why would you spend so much on a hotel when there's things to see?? But given this was not a new destination for me, this was a dream stay in a luxurious, friendly, beautiful hotel.

Only very slight frustration was that there was a private event in the restaurant the night I stayed which meant the kitchen wasn't open for dinner for any of the guests, not even room service. I'd been in Paris for work and was looking forward to just a relaxing evening, so was a little disappointed. I ended up going out at around 9pm and when I came down to the lobby the event was over, so seemed a little strange they couldn't offer room service since it clearly wasn't a long event!

Everything. Such friendly staff. Relaxed breakfast with good options. Beautiful clean room with everything working as it should. Superb location, 10 mins walk to The Louvre. Extra quiet.

Nobody's fault at all but the terrace had to be closed due to a broken glass panel. Didn't really affect the stay, though. Veg omelette had ham in it but still enjoyed.

the staff could but have been nicer and efficient. the location if you want to be in the 1st if prime.

Excellent central location in Paris, down a quiet side street a couple of minutes from the Tuileries. The Louvre, Eiffel Tower and Seine are all a comfortable walk away. The staff were really helpful and the hotel is lovely. Great food in the restaurant, too.

Rooms were clean and had luxury accommodations. The pool was extra nice.
