The location is probably the best in Paris. Staff is very friendly and always available. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is okay.

It’s noisy when people come and go in their rooms. Rooms are very close and the corridor is small - you can hear the people even when they whisper. And most of them don’t :) There is some misunderstanding with booking when you book the room - it shows all rooms even if they don’t fit the number of people you have chosen for the stay and then you may get surprised when you check out with the bill. Children policy is NOT stated so be careful when you book with children - they are getting charged as adult!!!

Location was excellent. Paris is expensive but for our price point we thought it was good value. Staff very friendly and helpful. Monoprix supermarket just a few minutes walk. Great selection of food and drinks at all price points. Would stay there again for sure. For Kiwis where the money does not go too far we thought we made a good decision.

Nothing they can do about this but elevator does not start until Level 1 not ground so when you are carrying two suitcases weighing 25kg each you have to allow for the first flight of stairs. Otherwise quaint and felt like we were in Paris.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room where small but nice. When you close window all sound are block out. Beds are very comfortable. Had an air conditioner which was lovely in the heatwave. Basic french breakfast but tasty. Close to Louvre and Sein. Did mostly walked to all main sights. Took metro (close too hotel) to Eiffel Tower. Lots of restaurants and Supermarkets in neighbourhood. You have to leave your key at reception when you go out which we appreciated. Overall good value for money and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed 3 days and requested cleaning just once which was not done which caused us to to sit and wait for the cleaner in the afternoon when we just wanted to have a relaxing afternoon escaping the heat. They did apologized and the receptionist brought fresh towels and took rubbish away while we went for dinner.

Our stay at Hotel Opera Maintenon was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The hotel’s location is perfect—nestled in the heart of Paris, just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Louvre and the Opera Garnier. The room was immaculately clean, tastefully decorated. We especially appreciated the cozy bed and the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities were excellent, and the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to assist with any request or recommendation. Their local tips helped me discover hidden gems in Paris that we would have otherwise missed. We can’t recommend Hotel Opera Maintenon enough. It’s a true gem in Paris and the perfect choice for anyone looking for a combination of good price, comfort, convenience, and outstanding service. We will definitely be returning on my next trip to this beautiful city!

The hotel was very quaint and traditional in a beautiful classic Parisian building. The rooms were small but comfortable and well appointed. The staff were lovely and the location was excellent for walking to key attractions and a short walk from public transport. The hotel is located on a street with the best asian cuisine in the city (or so we were told) in our experience the local restaurants lived up to that reputation and we thoroughly enjoyed the food options surrounding the restaurant. We would happily stay here again.

Location is great - in the center of Paris and close to the Metro. The neighborhood is also very charming as has loads of great and varied restaurant options, from Bistros to Brasseries to Noodle shops

Rooms are small but comfortable - I wish the beds were a little bigger.

The location is brilliant, just a very easy 7min walk to The Louvre and even less to lovely restaurants and cafes. Staff all very friendly and attentive. Our room and bed very comfortable and bathroom was a good size (rare in Europe).

The elevator is from 1st floor only so you need to get your bags up a spiral staircase to get to the lift. We were aware of this when booking. The location is well worth this inconvenience and they did offer help to take our bags up (we managed fine).

The location of the hotel is perfect — right on Rue Saint-Anne, where you can easily find all kinds of Japanese restaurants, bakeries, and cafés. I would recommend this if you're short on time and just want to stroll around the area, with the Louvre and Jardin des Tuileries within a 5–10 minute walking distance.

Our stay would have been even better if they had provided cups and a water boiler in the room.

The location was very good, very close to louvre and opera garnier. The bed was very confortable and the staff was very friendly

The room was outdated (which is expected for paris), the bathroom was functional but could be nicer and to reach the elevator we had to go up a floor of steps with the luggage. It was a confortable stay but for the price paid, I expected a room with more new equipments and a more updated place in general.

N/A. Hotel was fine. Only complaint might be that we took a shuttle to the airport and we felt the driver double charged my son and I. We could be mistaken, maybe it was 65 euros each but we were led to believe that it was just 65 euros for the ride itself. The driver said it wasn’t once we got to the airport, so going to just trust him and hope it was just our own misunderstanding. The shuttle service was called by the hotel but it may also be its own independent deal and has nothing to do with the hotel. Just wanted to send a warning for people to check the price before they request one.
