Superb location, right next to the opera and a very short walk to the Louvre. Extremely friendly staff and 24 hour reception. Room 12 very spacious, comfortable bed! Superb location is a really big plus.

There is no ventilation so the air in the room is bad. But there is a large window and we had it open while in the room. Very low ceiling. I suggest some renovations to raise the level. Otherwise the hotel is nice and location makes up for the other minuses.

Friendly staff that they also heard our needs upon arrival.

The service and personal of the hotel were excellent, the location can’t be better. Best service ever honestly . My congratulations to the employees, bravo!

The photos advertised are not the same as the bedroom that we got, they make it look like there was a lot of space and it was quite small. We chose that hotel because of those photos of bedrooms and I was kinda disappointed cuz we paid for that. Even if they could say that we were having a small bedroom (which I think we didn’t, we pay for a normal room) it was hyper small. Dommage. The rest it was perfect.

The staff were so helpful and friendly - recommending nice places to eat and things to see. The hotel was really clean and the room we were in was very quiet and peaceful. It’s right near the centre so we were a good distance from the metro, making it really accessible.

The room exceeded my expectations. I booked a single room and I got a 2+ room, renovated and tasteful, with nice bath with bathtub. My room was on the 5th floor of the hotel, and from the windows I could see the Paris roofs, very romantic. I didn't tn mind that the last floor had no lift. I The location was EXCELLENT. In the middle of everything. 15 min walk from the Louvre entrance. I will definitely come back for my next Paris stay!

The inconvenience of the luggage to taken to the room level that had no lift after 4th, while we were on the 6th floor. But the staff helped us for that too.

Very very very friendly staff. Location is perfect. 1 minute walk from the metro and very close to the Opera. Everything was clean, and the air conditioning was on when arriving in the room. Besides, the parking was next to the hotel. You only pay 30 euros a day, and we were aloud to park longer than allowed, thanks to the amazing staff!

Rooms were small, but clean!

The location is perfect. The Staff was very helpful. I appreciated the hospitality. I will definitely return. I highly recommend it. The refrigerator was full with drinks for purchase.

I have no complaints. I did however hang a skirt outside the bathroom window to dry and fell behind the AC unit. I left my Mickey Mouse handbag.

We stayed in the topmost floor. We were only 3 in the group but our room was big enough for 4! There was big enough space even for our luggage. Short walk to the opera metro station and a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. Special mention to Gregory at the reception for being so pleasant and polite and even helping us with our luggages.

Their elevator only reached the 4th floor and the stairs to our room was steep. Although this was expected and truly thankful to Gregory for helping us with our luggage.

Great location. Was in a room at the very top of the building on the fifth floor. The lift only goes to level 4 and recommends only 2 people at a time, so we had to climb the 105 steps to the top each day hit, but that was the only negative.
