I picked this hotel based on the location, I have been in the area before and it's around the corner from one subway station connecting to a lot of lines, buses nearby and a lovely area. My room was new apparently, it was roomy and behind the bed was a large desk area and also a "cubby" if you will, like a long bookcase along the back of the bed where you could put your suitcase to open it fully and then shelves to hide it when not needed, this was great! Also a safe in the room and a nice closet area. The bathroom had a heated mirror with several lighting settings. nice large bathtub. All was clean and cleaned and straightened daily. Bed made etc. A tea kettle and coffee in the room. Breakfast the one day I did get it was good. Lots of options, eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereals, pancakes, veggies, breads and pastries etc. were all good as well, Nice for a small set up. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and accommodating, treating guests with kindness.

1. The staff is friendly and very helpful. 2. Breakfast is quite decent, but I only had it once. 3. The location is quiet even though there are 2 bars on the block. 4. Walking distance to Garnier Opera, Musée du Louvre, Latin Quarter, and St Michel. 5. The Korean restaurant across the street has great food. If you get hungry past midnight, walk 12-15 minutes to restaurants that are open late. Use your Google map. 6. If you need to get to Gare Lyon, the easiest, cheapest, and fastest way is to walk to the Pyramide metro station and take the metro heading to Olympiades. Get off on the 2nd stop at Gare Lyon. 7. Buy the weekly metro pass for €22.50 8. I highly recommend the Musée du Louvre. If you want to see the Mona Lisa, there usually is a long queue. I also recommend booking the Eiffel Tower tour with a lift. The 1st lift takes you to the 2nd level. Then you'll have to switch to another lift to go up the summit. If you are able, take the steps from the 2nd floor. Lastly, see the Château Versailles. Have lunch in the town and don't forget to get dessert from one of the patisseries. The best train to take is the L train from Saint to Lazare. You will need to buy a separate ticket to Versaille for <€3 one way.

1. Though I didn't mind, the elevator is like a capsule. Don't use it if you are claustrophobic. It only fits one suitcase and 1 normal-size person. 2. The walls are not sound-proofed so don't be surprised if you hear whatever is going on next door or upstairs. 3. The drinks in the fridge are not free. The price list is on top of the fridge. 4. My room only had 1 electrical socket so make sure your charger has surge protection and multiple ports.

Great location, excellent lighting of the room, comfortable bed, complementary coffee and kittle. Clean spotless. Lots of shelves space. The staff was super cordial and willing to help in everything! Was truly wonderful.

If to suggest something to improve is the shower head that will be better oriented (it has bath) so no water will spill out, but I managed somehow that will not occur. Just as a note, the elevator is very small. but it does the work at least for the luggage for the upper floors.

The hotel location is perfect for visiting the Paris city center on foot or with rented bicycles. The elevator and hallways are narrow and our room was small (but this is rather standard for old buildings from historical areas). Everything in this hotel was clean and nice; we had a good sleep quality, air conditioning, soundproof windows. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, and the hotel staff is super helpful. We had breakfast nearby at a small place called Immersion Vendome (the hotel has its own breakfast option, but we prefer to explore and try new restaurants). We had to park our rental car 10 minutes away in a parking garage that we reserved in advance (cost approx. 25 EUR / day) but we could bring the car for 2-3 minutes in front of the hotel to unload the luggage. I definitely recommend this place.

Super central to everything

There is a renovation in the building on the ground floor and first floor makes the reception area unfortunately unusable. Breakfast can only be served in the room. It would be good to notify these things to guests so they can decide to book or not book.

The location is 10/10. So close to everything and on a corner just back from the main road so I felt very safe walking around at night. The staff were super friendly and welcoming and my room was made up each day. The room had more than enough space for me with a large bathroom by French standards and a heating rail making washing and drying clothes very easy. I was on the top floor but the tiny lift was more than adequate for me( you’d need to multiple trips if travelling in a group.

My door was behind an outer door which seemed wierd but I realised that they have done that for sound - didn’t hear people coming and going which was great!

The room was not the one shown in the pictures, it was much smaller and with a tiny window. Disappointing. Booking should show the actual room one will get and not just a random photo. Also, no apertures nor mechanical ventilation in the toilet, which created a bit of discomfort. Hence, considering all that, it was a bit overpriced.

In general it is a very convenient place in a perfect location (it is very close to Louvre, Opera Garnier and relatively to Notre-Dame - we approached there by walking) with an amazing staff, especially Charles who was very helpful (we got some recommendation on where to go) and also support us with transfer booking to me the airport - we enjoyed this stay a lot! in a meanwhile I already recommend this place to some colleagues :) would love to be back there!

First of all the location is perfect , near to every thing walking distance to louvre and les galleries Lafayette and facing street full of restaurants ... the staff is very friendly and help you in transportation and places for breakfast and dinner .... the area has a lot of shopping stories but expensive ... the room size was not that bad but the toilet is separated from the bath

the cleaning staff do not put shower gel and Nespresso caps and in 5 days they did not put toilet papers , and water ..... under the hotel there is bar and there is some noise in night like 3 am
