Location was the best

Next room was noisy we couldn’t sleep at night. We tell the front desk but nothing happen

Room appeared to be recently remodeled; my only complaint is that the room was small. It was difficult to get by the end of the bed. I understand you want to offer a big bed to compete with other hotels. My first hotel in Paris was like that years ago; Rome was worse. The last time two experiences I had in Paris, the room was bigger. I chose the Westminster for location and that was that was a great decision for me. Otherwise, I loved everything else about the hotel. You probably can't do anything about the room ssize and i would probably stay there again if i wanted to be in the 1st.

It’s a beautiful hotel with the Vendome area basically right outside the hotel’s door. The room we had was spacious and the bed was spectacular. Also, there’s a little something extra special when you have a chandelier in your hotel room.

I felt like we were in a food desert. And after staying at this large hotel I am of the belief that I prefer boutique hotels a bit better. This hotel is surrounded by jewelry stores like other hotels in Paris are surrounded by cafes.

Our room had a very small wardrobe which was very short. Completely useless!

I recently stayed at this hotel in Paris, and it was an experience beyond my expectations. The location is simply unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the major attractions. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and supportive, always going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Security at the hotel was top-notch, which added to the overall sense of comfort and peace of mind. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. Room service and other services were the best I've ever experienced. Every request was attended to in less than a minute, and the staff were always quick to respond to calls. Their efficiency and dedication truly stand out. If I ever go back to Paris I would definigely consider this place to stay at. Chapeaux to the entire team for making my stay unforgettable!

Our stay was made incredibly special thanks to the amazing staff. Everyone went above and beyond to assist us, making us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. A special mention goes to the reception team who helped us during check-out on the morning of March 31st — I wish I remembered their names! Their warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness truly made a difference. It’s rare to come across such heartfelt hospitality.

The room smelt lovely as soon as we walked in! The hotel itself self was beautiful

Very new hotel after the renovation with beautiful interior in the lobby and other hotel areas as well as inside the room, absolutely perfect location, great breakfast, good service. My room had an inner courtyard view which was very quiet from the noise outside.

I could hear the noise of one of the elevators at night. Also, I found it a bit strange that the shower cabin did not have a small shelf or some space to put the shower gel etc. Instead the housekeeping staff had to leave the toiletries either on the shower floor or outside the shower which is not convenient. In addition, had to request separately amenity kit.

The fact that I asked about an iron in the late evening but it didn't came,I called again in the morning twice for the iron but it didn't came😣 When I went down for breakfast,I ask at the lobby about the iron and finally by the time I finish eating,the iron was in the room because I kind of get mad at the lobby! They didn't even apologize for the inconvenience!

Great Location for Louvre (16min walk) and Sacre Coeur (36min walk). Everyone we encountered at the hotel was friendly and service was outstanding. Room was beautiful, spotlessly clean. We visited the bar each evening and service was fabulous with complimentary nuts and olives served with our drinks. I’d stay again if visiting Paris
