Location to the A10 (Massy) just minutes away and onwards to Orleans \ Bordeaux \ Clermont Ferrand \ Lyon Everything in the Studio worked and a quite running fridge - room 404 English Spoken by ALL the receptionists

Only 1 Pillow having requested extra No Complimentary Water, No tea or coffee, No anything, Zilch, Nadda Check in was a little late at 4pm, but we arrived at 3:30 and all was well. Garage Access, having to block the drive entrance whilst I went off to reception as no one was answering the call button Having no wine glasses !!! and only 1 tumble, No Bread Knife and 1 frying pan \ saucepan. Having to go to reception to ask for a kitchen soap and wipe No tea towel, I was told to use my bath towel and to bring it down to have it changed after use - really !

The property was very clean and neat and spacious for the purpose. I liked the view from the balcony. I was satisfied with the WIFI.

Maybe breakfast should be part of the package or made automatic when booking so that one would have to opt out by choice. To come in and then having to book every evening and then maybe have it brought to the room while not a problem can be inconveniencing. Similarly for the cleaning of the room, maybe it should be done without asking so that it the client specifically asking not to be disturbed.

We found the bed very comfortable and not too soft. The blackout blinds were fantastic and we slept super well. Staff were very friendly. Super convenient you can buy small food and drink items in the lobby. Heater worked great as it was quite cold when we were there. Elevator is great for heavy suitcases. Walking distance to Massy-Paliseau train station. The kitchenette has two burners and enough kitchenware to cook a decent meal.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, nor dishwashing soap or dishwasher capsules to use in the kitchen area, despite there being a 25 euro fee for unwashed dishes. We're not from France, so perhaps that is normal in this type of accommodation but it was unexpected for us. We were unclear about how/when cleaning was done despite signs in the room and for our 5 night stay the room wasn't cleaned. Again, perhaps we needed to do request it but that was never made clear. Get the wifi from the front desk as the info isn't posted anywhere in the room.

I arrived on the 26th March until the 13th April. This was the second time staying at this hotel, the whole experience was pleasant and not much to complain about. My favourite staff Melanie and Maroussia made my stay absolutely fabulous! Both ladies were extremely friendly, kind, professional and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Melanie and Maroussia, thank you so much for everything and I would return to the hotel just because of the way you treated me.

To be honest everything was good. They could provide washing up liquid and dish sponge.

We had the 2 bed apartment. The rooms were very spacious, clean, hot water always available with good pressure, towels and, lots of storage. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms have ok air conditioning. There are blackout shutters outside all the windows in our apartment that allow for maximum privacy and good sleep even in the day time. They have 2 fully working large lifts (in comparison to traditional parisien lifts - this is good especially if you’re travelling in a group/with luggage. Delicious varied breakfast: scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes, fresh bread (baguette, toast and brioche) varied jams, fruits, pastries, yoghurts and cheeses as well as a wide assortment of juice/milk drinks with a very capable coffee machine both in the reception and dining hall. Very lovely staff across the hotel, most spoke English well, very accommodating from check in to check out - allowed for early check in as the room was available and with complimentary breakfast. When I left my bag at the bus stop near the hotel with my passport, drivers license, laptop etc in it, the receptionist in charge at the time made every effort to find it urgently before I returned to the accommodation. The location isn’t too far from central Paris - the RER B will be your best friend as the nearest station it is only 5-10 minutes away from the accommodation which is very convenient. Using that line and probably another you can get into central Paris in 40ish minutes. Initially, some of the reviews had me very concerned about the staff, room cleanliness and more but honestly I couldn’t recommend a better hotel for the price, comfortability and location. Although it’s not the Ritz, it’s everything I could’ve asked for, for a peaceful and comfortable trip!!

Only thing I would change is the fridge is a little warm but the freezer works well. Also note that the rooms don’t get cleaned often for short stay so keep your space clean and it will stay clean. The channels on the TV are all in French, which is great if you speak French but not if you don’t, however, there is an option for YouTube, maybe bring a display cable with a laptop since the TVs are relatively new, it may work but don’t quote me on that.

We had a wonderful stay at the Tulip Inn Palaiseau. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, making our visit truly enjoyable. The hotel was accommodating of our pet, which was a huge plus, and everything, from cleanliness to service, was great. The convenient parking made our experience even smoother. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay.

We noticed that there were no supplies to wash dishes, which would have been helpful. Overall, still a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation—the RER B station is just a short walk away, making it very convenient to reach Paris city center. There's also a bus stop nearby, which adds to the accessibility. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any requests. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable.

1. There was too far from city center 2.There wasn’t hair dryer in room because you have to pay the deposit for it then you can take it from reception. It was very strange for me. 3.Also there wasn’t any water for drink in room and we have to pay to take water in reception.

Lovely hotel The area is lovely Outstanding value for money Train station few mins away and straight into Centre of Paris (Notre Dame Station) Perfect location for exploring Paris

Unbeatable location close to RER B. Comfortable room, big bed, having two desks/tables is very convinient, all needed to cook and eat, fridge.

The previous heavily smoking guests left a strong smell of smoke that wasn't good at all
