I would like to start my comments with thanking the best staff ever. They were extremely helpfull, kind and tentative. Location was incredible, 2 minutes to Concorde and 15 minutes to Champs Elysee and 10 minutes to Louvre. Room was really nice decorated and comfortable. We loved the poems that you left on the pillow everyday💙 Bathroom and toilet was squeky clean. Ps: Please let us know, if we can tip the staff online, we thought we would do that and thank them upon our departure but we didn’t had the time💔

Maybe they could check the bathroom door, it got stuck time to time, but with a strong push it opens.

The hotel is in a super location, just two blocks from Place de la Concorde. Metrostation entrance very close by. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is nice but every day the same. Room was well decorated. You can open the windows, so fresh (city) air at night instead of airco. Enough nice restaurants in the area. Just around the corner from the Louvre. If you are claustrophobic be aware that the hotel entrance is on the 6th floor of the building and the elevator is tiny.

As I mentioned before breakfast is nice, but every day the same. After 4 nights we were ready for something else. The room could need a little bit of maintenance: door handle was moving, light next to bed was loose, part of the radiator in the bathroom was loose. The bathroom is very small. Would be nice to have a small coatrack behind the (front)door of the room, especially when you come back from a rainy walk and can't hang your coats anywhere except the closet.

The location was perfect - in the center of the city with a metro stop within a 5 minute walk yet on a street that’s not too bustling/ loud. 3 minute walk from the Tuileries, Louvre, and L’orangerie and lots of other spots. The size of the room was great for three people especially since it’s hard to find spacious rooms in the city. The breakfast was also great. The best part of our stay was the friendly staff! Every staff we encountered during our stay was so friendly and helpful. They are super helpful when you want to make last minute reservations for tours. The elevator is tiny, but it wasn’t anything that detracted from our stay. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in paris!

The amazing location is the main advantage of the hotel. Rooms are very clean and cozy, facing the street and they are definitely value for money. Staff is also very kind and helpful!

The hotel occupies a couple of floors in a regular building with a very small lift. The hotel is ideal for couples or adults but not for families with young kids (with strollers). The lift is so small that it does not fit more than 2 adults let alone a stroller/suitcases. Also the breakfast was very basic for a 4-star hotel offering literally very few options.

Opening the french doors to an autumn breeze, tucked in my cosy hotel dressing-gown, and having breakfast in the seating area whilst hearing Paris go on around me. Wow! I splurged a little for the Executive Room and I'm so glad I did because it was incredible! Beautiuflly sized rooms and bathrooms (big for Paris standards!). Every staff member couldn't have been more helpful, they really want you to have a good stay. Everything was clean and modern. The location was the highlight for me. I could walk everywhere to every attraction and every shop, so I didn't need to take the metro once during my 9 night stay. As a solo traveller, safety is really important to me, and Maison Armance's location never once made me feel uneasy. The only danger is the wonderful macaroon shop three metres away, yum! There's no need to break the bank for a 5 star hotel because Maison Armance is in the same location as them and has everything you need to enjoy your stay comfortably (room service, laundry, complimentary coffees and tea, great daily house-keeping, 24 hour security). A fantastic location with amazing staff, Laurent and the team were so kind and helpful. We were greeted at the street by someone to help us with our bags up to the reception. While checking us in Laurent was very kind and helpful providing us with a map of the city which he talked through with us and highlighted key areas to visit as this was our first visit to Paris. He also provided a list of different kinds of restaurants in the area. We then mentioned that we hadn't got tickets to the Lourve but wanted to go so he helped us get a guided tour with one of their partner agencies for the next day! The room was lovely, clean, well decorated and came with a welcome bottle of wine and lovely note. All around a really great place to stay, central location with easy access to the metro.

single elevator was broken for half the time we were there, would have been hard for disabled or elderly to do the stairs (check in is on 6th floor and rooms are on 4-6th floor).

Ideal location, boutique style, well-appointed rooms and super friendly staff. Loved the windows that opened out to the street. We’ve been to Paris repeatedly and this is my new fave. Also appreciated that the Concorde suite had a separate sitting area w daybed so the room allowed us to book just one room for our 3 teens instead of 2 rooms, as most Paris hotels require.

Nothing. There is no major marking of the hotel outside so look for the green doors. Only thing that would’ve made it better is bathrobes to go w the slippers.

This was our second time staying at Maison Armance and it was just as perfect as the first time! The rooms are beautifully decorated and cleaned perfectly each day. The breakfast upstairs each morning is lovely and the staff are wonderful, always friendly and so accommodating. The location is perfect! We have already booked our next stay at Maison Armance for later this year and cannot wait to be back.

I couldn't recommend this place more, I was so happy with my stay at Maison Armance which I booked at very late notice. The room was beautiful and very clean. The hotel was exceptionally located and as a women travelling alone I felt very safe. All the staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. I will definitely be recommending friends of this boutique hotel and can't wait to come back myself!
