Lovely location, clean and tidy and nice accommodations

The sofa bed was not comfortable as it was not flat ( tilted forward). Bathrooms were very small and we didn’t realize that 1 shower was in the bathroom

Well-equipped and clean, and nicely cool when we arrived on a very hot evening. Beds were comfortable and good quality toiletries provided. It was very quiet so we slept well. We did not have the opportunity to explore the local area/ facilities, but I will bear in mind for the future.

The check in process felt complicated before we could get the access codes - we were tired and very stressed. The lift and the communal area did not reflect the quality of the apartment.

It was so easy to access the apartment with the codes provided. We loved the location of the apartment, right in the heart of the Rue St Honore Shopping District, 2 short blocks to The Ritz and the Place Vendome one way, and 2 short blocks to the Tuileries Gardens the other way. There was an elevator to pop the luggage into get them up to the first floor where the apartment was located. The apartment had the best air-conditioning ever and was fully kitted out with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom. The photographs on their Website are very accurate of what they provide. We had daily servicing which was great and left us more time for sightseeing. Cannot recommend highly enough. These guys love what they do and it shows!

It was expensive ... but worth it! Grocery stores were a little further away than in some other locations.

What I loved most about the apartment was its perfect location. I also really enjoyed the modern interior design, the fresh new furniture, and the fact that it had all the facilities a family could need. It was a nice touch that they even welcomed us with a complimentary bottles of water.

What I didn’t like was the small elevator, and that the shower area had a see-through door.

It was very clean and very roomy for a family of 5. The air worked in each room very nicely. The water pressure in the shower was great. There was everything we needed for a short stay in Paris. We didn't seek any help from the staff simply because we were only there 2 nights. Check in was easy and all door codes worked without a problem. Would recommend to anyone.

Since it is 4th floor, only thing could be a problem for some with knee issues, but there is a very small elevator if you need it.

Location. It was walking distance to all touristic attractions. We walked everywhere and even came back to the apartment to take mid-afternoon breaks. Apartment was perfect for a family of 4.

Really small bathrooms and limited number of plates/forks/glasses. Ended up running dishwasher with very few things inside each time.

The location, size of the apartment & the design

The elevator is too small so the baby stroller didnt fit. We had to carry it up & down the stairs each time.

The location of the property is excellent, especially if you are in Paris for shopping. And the area is very safe. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. 

The apartments didn’t have a nice view. And I wish they included slippers.

The location, the furniture and design and the amenities

There was missing a full body mirror, the mirror from the toilet was really high and you couldn’t even see your face. There is no baggage storage service.
