It was elaborately designed, the rooms looked beautiful, luxurious towels. Location was not far from the Opera and Louvre districts. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Far too clever for its own good. My room was very cold (18C) and the fancy controls didn’t work. Manager had to bring me a heater overnight. Couldn’t phone reception either because the modern phone wouldn’t work so had to go down in the lift. Considering this is an expensive hotel, I have stayed in simple hotels at half the price where everything worked perfectly. The light switches are little black studs on a black background. When you enter the room you are plunged into blackness and can’t see where to put the card in or switch anything on, so you stretch and hold open the door with one hand for light while fiddling to put the card in the slot with the other. A beautiful idea that doesn’t work in practice. My sympathies to the staff.

The location is really amazing . I took a corner suite and this was a good size for Paris. The bathroom was nicely decorated and a good shower. Good mattress, linen and pillows. Restaurant's, good shops and very close to Metro Staff were kind but not knowledgeable enough about certain things

Breakfast very expensive, easier to get a nice omelette at the corner caffe We were not warned until we checked in that the roads would be closed for Bastille day so we had to do an extra trip the night before to Gare Du Nord and put bags in lockers as no way to transport them by taxi on the 14/7. Would like one more layer of glass on windows as street is noisy at night

Stay here on your next trip to Paris, look no further. I am a high-tier member with Marriott, and most Marriott properties I’ve been to (including St. Regis and Ritz) could barely match the level of hospitality and caring we received here. The front desk went above and beyond for every request we asked for. And the hotel itself is clean, spacious, and conveniently located at Vendome. The bathroom was filled with Diptyque products and the bedding was amazing. Would 10/10 recommend

The property is conveniently located close to many shops and restaurants in the 1st arrondissement. We booked a junior suite which was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay, including diptique bath amenities. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful

One of the staff members was not very nice and would not even acknowledge people when they entered the hotel. We requested a new room key after losing ours and the only question she asked was what room number were in and did not ask for any identification. Makes me question the safety

Location! Unbeatable. It is clean and comfortable like top chain hotels like Hyatt. Very tiny room, but well arranged, don’t feel that small. The staff, front desk, room service, dinning, are top of the top level. Absolutely perfect.

Need usb ports, everywhere. Type A or type C. Can use better hair dryer. Sound isolation is great, but still can hear whisper level noise when the neighbors talk. And unfortunately they did every nightly to 1AM. Breakfast is under par, sitting area is very small and tight. Almost no greens, no fresh pressed juices.

A top notch hotel. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, superb staff, great location. They upgraded me to a deluxe room, very nice! Apart from the basics (good mattress, pillows) they get so many little details right. For example, they have an international outlet in the rooms. This was very handy since my own adapter was playing up. I really couldn't recommend the hotel more. Worth the price (I paid 350 euros a night).

Extremely helpful, professional and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. My request for a bottle of champagne and some macarons to be waiting in my sister in law’s room to celebrate a special occasion was granted beautifully - and we were also treated to a room upgrade on arrival! The hotel couldn’t be in a more central spot, perfect for a weekend break taking in the many sights of the city. The lovely rooms are a good size, spotlessly clean and comfortable, the shower was fantastic and we really appreciated the extra touches such as the luxurious toiletries in the bathroom and the turn down service. We will 100% return to this hotel on our next trip to Paris and can’t recommend it highly enough.

We loved the property and its fantastic location within walking distance to many key attractions. We especially appreciated the front desk especially Joanna and her colleagues who went above and beyond with advice and tips with navigating Paris. The housekeeping staff also did a wonderful job ensuring our rooms were perfect each day. We will be back for sure and would highly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful small hotel in a perfect location. I felt very safe as a solo female walking home at night. Everything is close and the metros are nearby. The staff were very helpful, sent me restaurant recommendations prior to arriving. The cafe on the corner is great for a quick meal and Chez Monsieur over the road was fabulous. Loved my room, lots of space and a beautiful bathroom with an excellent shower.
