Great hotel in a great location. Easily accessible to any place in the center of Paris, the metro station is right next door. And, of course, the window has a view of the magnificent Madeleine Church. It was nice that the rooms were large (by Paris standards, because usually even 3-4 star hotels in Paris have very small rooms), and the level of cleanliness was also high. Pleasant and kind staff (which is not so typical for Paris). Thanks to the hotel managers for the pleasant welcome - macaroons and champagne in the room. Good luck in the future!

Location, terrace and view were lovely. The staff were very cheerful and helpful.

Lack of attention to the mini bar. We arrived to a half eaten bar of toblerone, and no bottle opener, so it had not been checked.

Location was smack in front of St Madeline, which meant you can literally walk to Place de la Concorde. The room was extra spacious and the balcony offered a great view adding to the wonderful experience we had.

The elevator was quite cramped (which I assume is common in France), given it's near the shopping district and adjacent to main roads it meant some noise level during rush hour. Which is acceptable if you're a tourist since you shouldn't be there during these times.

Overall exceeded my expectations because the service was top notch. The rooms are so-so, they are small and bathrooms especially could use better lighting and a makeup mirror. They did provide enough towels and a hair dryer. We had booked 2 connecting double rooms, which was plenty of space for 3 of us (2 adults and one nearly grown teen), and gave us 2 bathrooms. We had a nice view overlooking the Madeleine Church. I think overall European rooms are probably smaller than US, so that is to be expected. But I would definitely stay here again because it was clean, staff was eager to please, the daily breakfast is so nice, and the location is top notch - not far from the Louvre and right near the Madeleine metro. Also they do have room service, and the cafe next door is open until 1 am (and was very good - I really enjoyed our meal there).

Honestly just the bathrooms were a little small, but I did like the bathtub and they provided a hair dryer. I would work on lighting and make-up mirror (to help with not only makeup but also putting in contacts etc). That's it - I can't think of anything else. It really is a nice hotel!

The hotel is situated in a charming area of Paris, on a quiet street near iconic landmarks such as La Concorde, L'Opéra, and Les Grands Magasins, just steps away from Église de la Madeleine. A metro station is conveniently located around the corner, though we did much of our exploring on foot, enjoying the beauty of the city. The hotel itself is small and elegantly designed, with a chic atmosphere. The attentive staff went above and beyond, even assisting us in securing tickets for an exhibition.

Don't expect big rooms, it's Paris!

I loved the location. It was within minutes of everything I wanted to do during this particular trip to Paris. The view from the room was lovely. Staff were very helpful. The room smelled lovely especially on our first night.

The tea bags in the room weren’t refreshed daily. The bathroom facilities were odd and a bit of an inconvenience- in the room we stayed in, the toilet didn’t have a sink. The sink was in the same “bathroom” as the shower/bathtub. So basically you would have to conclude your business on the toilet then enter the room to walk to the bathroom to use the sink. The bathtub was not comfortable for a short person to use. It was elevated from the bathroom floor - it was uncomfortable getting in and out and also using it.

Amazing location , comfortabla ,clean room, the staff in the reception were kind ,professional and very nice ,I deal with three staff name Anna, Laura, Abi they are very cooperative .

The size of the room small , high price ,no concairge to help you in the bag .

We didn’t quite like the room temperature : it was a bit cold due to the special ventilation device on the balcony door . It should be removed in the winter season because the warmth is blown away in spite of a good heating system

The staff was amazingly friendly

The only thing missing in this experience was the inclusion of free breakfast during our stay. We had light breakfast every morning (coffee and bread) only but we paied dor the full charge. I think there might be a room to enhance this experience for yhe guest withot largely impacting the financial aspects for the hotel.

Breakfast was delicious with exceptional offerings. The location was excellent within easy walking distance to numerous historical and cultural sites. Also was walking distance to Gare Saint Lazarus which made it a breeze to make train connections. The staff was outstanding; they were sincerely friendly, and helpful beyond what I would have expected. I can’t say enough about how wonderful they made our stay. I plan to stay there again as soon as I can plan a return trip to Paris.
