I stayed five nights at this hotel and got a room on the first floor facing the street. Location: The hotel is located on a quite street close to restaurants, metro ( Madeleine), museums, shops, and major attractions. Room: Very comfortable. Even though the room was not big, it had everything to sleep tight. The matress and sheets were nice and clean. Bath robs and sleepers were provided. Bathroom had toiletries. Breakfast: Buffet style with a good selection of cheeses, bread, juices, and ham. No complaints. It was nice to have an early breakfast especially when I had tickets to visit the museums at 9:30 am.

Customer service: The lady who helped us doing the check in was friendly, nice, and very approachable. Most of the hotel members were polite. However, there was one front desk man who got upset when one night I asked to borrow umbrellas because it was raining. Also this same “gentleman” was rude when I checked out the next day. He didn’t bother to ask how my stay was and dismissed me in a rude manner. I know this is not the norm because I have stayed in many Parisian hotels before. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. I would come back, and hopefully the rude front man will not be there because I did like this hotel in Paris.

I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel we ate at different places each day. However, whenever we needed to use the microwave or utensils and plates they were always accommodating. The room was a little small, but it was very cozy and clean and nice, and my husband and loved our room. We were on the 3rd floor with a nice street view. The location was absolutely perfect. We were near the Madeleine train station and had the option of several trains from there. We were also not far from the Louvre; it was maybe a 25-30 minute walk or less, but we enjoyed walking through the Jardin des Tuileries park on our way to the Louvre.

Honestly, we don't have any complaints. We loved every moment of our stay, and the area and hotel were very quiet and peaceful. There were several restaurants and places to eat and things to do in the area. Its good to explore the area, we were surprised by the choices in that area.

We were very happy with this hotel, we will stay here again. Staff were very special, so friendly, helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was always presented nicely, everything was fresh & the dining room was extremely clean as were the rooms. There wasn't anything we didn't have that we needed for our 4 night stay in Paris. The area is very safe & close to everything, lovely restaurants & cafes nearby.I've stayed in Paris many times but this hotel is the best I've stayed in for the price range.

Perfect location - could walk everywhere and 4 min walk to the metro station. The room was perfect size for 2 adults with a lovely big shower in the bathroom. Paris rooms are small but this didn't seem tiny. Smart tv available and clean throughout. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was provided. Kept our bags for us when we checked out.

Tiny things like not shampoo or conditioner available only shower gel - luckily we did bring our own. Whilst breakfast was provided there were limited options - fine for toast or cereal but didn't seem to be replenished. But to be honest you're in Paris - we went out and about for food!

Room service was very good. Our room was clean and tidy every single day.The location is excellent. Many restaurants around and Puplic transport (train station ). Breakfast was good. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Small room and extremely small corridors out of the rooms . For a single person is no problem but for a couple we needed more space in the room . Even a second chair would be useful. Breakfast room was small too , so sometimes you needed to wait for a while , but not much.

We were upgraded to a Comfort room. It was very nice, spacious, bed very comfortable and the window could be opened with a view down to the street. Breakfast was included in our deal, it was perfect, totally satisfied our needs. The staff were very helpful! Our international flight brought us to Paris early in the morning. The Hotel had said they would look after our bags until checkin time, but when we got there - they already had our room ready. Thank you again.

Everything was great.

The location is fantastic (close to good food and the subway). It was important to us that this place has an elevator that works. The balcony was a good plus.

The room wasn’t entirely clean. The extra day bed had candy wrappers hidden on the side and some crumbs. We also had construction guests in the middle of the day to check out something (they didn’t really say what’s it for) The shower tub is kind of high; we were traveling with our grandma who has limited mobility, she needed a bit of help getting in to the tub.

The reception staff were extremely kind, Breakfast was good quality, although not many options but exactly what you needed. Location is great, just 2’ away from the Madeleine metro station.

The room I was given was very small, with a low ceiling and was overlooking the interior of 2 buildings. I asked for a change of room and got room that was a lot better on the 2nd night. However for a hotel in the 250€/night radius, the rooms are basic

Location - 10 minutes from the Opera by walk, which can be reached by Roissy bus from CDG airport. - It is easy to get to tourist attractions by public transportation or on foot. Staffs - Very very kindly and friendly staffs👍 Breakfast - You can eat from 7 o'clock. - The facilities are clean and the food is good and sufficient to start the day. Room - very comfort bed and quite enough amanities. - I liked shoes and cotton pajamas provided by hotel. Air conditioner, WiFi - Perfect👍

First and foremost I liked the location, near Madeleine. Breakfast was basic but it was something, the room was ok.

I would have liked to use the mini fridge but it didn’t work The heating system did not work either, when coming back to the hotel at night, we would turn on the radiator in the bathroom to warm the room a little bit. Another unpleasant thing was not being informed in advance about the difference in city tax that we had to pay starting January 1st. Not so much to do about this, as far as I read it was a well known decision, but a heads up at checkin wouldn’t have hurt.
