The friendly and very helpful staff - everyone was exceptional. The shower was lovely, room was very clean, location is absolutely superb. We walked everywhere and found it easy to reach everything we wanted to see. Walking times to some of our destinations were - Eiffel Tower (40 mins), Louvre (25 mins), Notre Dame (40 mins), Place de la Concorde & Champs Elysees (12 min) - Hope this helps.

I loved that it is equally distant from all Paris important tourist destinations and at St-Lazar you can get a metro or train to literally everywhere. I loved the staff - so friendly and helpful, available 24 hours and always smiling. I loved the size of my room - spacious and comfortable with anything you can think of - large wardrobe space, modern safe, ironing board and an iron, good quality toiletries, fluffy towels, good coffee and good quality coffee machine, two types of pillows for every taste, good quality beds, large TVs, great quality Internet, comfortable furniture, exceptionally clean rooms and crisp white sheets. My stay was made really enjoyable by booking this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone. In addition there are great restaurants and cafes in the area, bakeries and super markets as well so you can spend a lot or a little for your meals. And the hotel is short walk from Galleries Lafayette.

Everything was great

Our stay was wonderful! The staff were so lovely and helpful, and everything was very clean and comfortable. Location was great - very close to central areas (walkable or by metro). Room was small but the bed was a large size however as it was a city break we were mostly out and we never felt like the room was too small. The bathroom was a very decent size. Aircon was a big plus in Paris summertime. Also very secure, you cannot enter hotel unless staff lets you in and they keep your key whilst you are out. They also provide safe box for the room to keep your valuables. We were also given use of the minibar which we really appreciated. Breakfast was really good too. The hotel is about 5 stories high and lift is quite small. The lift only goes up to floor 4 and we were on 5th floor so we had to climb last flight of stairs. For us this was not an issue but others may not like to be on the 5th floor for this reason. Marco (the receptionist when we arrived at 11pm) helped us up to the room and was so helpful with our questions. No complaints and they made our stay easy and comfortable!

Perfect location: nice neighborhood, shops near by. 20min walking to Jardin des Tuileres and Louvre. 5-10 min to Garnier Palace. Metro stops 5-10min as well ( metro Madeleine and Havre Caumartin) . Hotel itself very cozy. Very warm room, nicely decorated. It was a pleasure to be coming back to a hotel , like coming back home . Very comfortable beds, quite sleeping at night , couldn’t hear neighbours . Robes,slippers in room. High quality towels and cosmetics. Heater in bathroom worked very well , all our clothes after rainy days dried up instantly. There was an iron with ironing board in room. Also N’Espresso machine with capsules reffiled everyday , tea making corner. And biggest compliments for people working at a hotel . Very friendly , smiling and professional people . All of them spoke english very well , it was really a pleasure to meet them .

There could be english TV channels

The staff, especially Madison and the breakfast lady, were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was quiet, nicely decorated and cleaned daily. There was a lift. The hotel is situated within a short walk from the Gare St Lazare and numerous places to eat. The buffet breakfast provided many options and varied a bit each time we ate there.

There was only creamer available not proper milk in single portion containers.

Excellent service. Recommended some really great restaurants for supper in a non touristy area which resulted in one of our best meals in Paris. Comfy beds, very clean and perfect for my daughter and I.

We thought it needed a few spoons to stir our coffee (we used makeup brushes!) and it would have been good if housekeeping had filled up the water in the Nespresso maker as we wasted a pod by not checking that. Otherwise very happy.

The team is exceptional. Always patient, accommodating and helpful! The hotel itself is modest in its furnishings and room layout. You will likely have to live out of your suitcase as shelves and storage space is limited. Breakfast is good with a nice variety of items. The croissants are hot if you get there at the right time!

Very reaonably priced. Great location. Close to metro Madelene stop. Easy walk to Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysee, etc... hotel lovely. A boutique style hotel that allows for personal attention. Hotel really clean, modern furnishings, friendly staff. Breakfast was extra but not expensive, and it had all you could want. Bedroom very comfortable. Bed, pillows great. Air con worked. Ensuite compact but modern. I would definitely stay here again

Very cosy, nice hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice bathroom. Very clean, with free water and pastries. Location was very convinent for exploring Paris for the first time, for both on foot and with the metro line close. They were very kind to extend our check out until 2pm since I am pregnant and our flight was late.

Not very good soundproofing between floors and rooms. If you have neighbors upstairs that arrive late and like to walk, it is hard to sleep.

The staff was really helpful and pleasant. It was very walkable to a lot of the tourist spots from the hotel. It was quiet at night and we didn't feel frightened or anything like that which can be the case with certain neighbourhood and crowd.

Not much to complain about. If there has to be one, the room is not very spacious but that is expected with most accommodations in the area.
