Really great and friendly staff and regular cleaning and changing of towels. The room is really spacious surprisingly for Paris hotels. Quite pricey but considering the location i think it’s worth it if you come for a short stay up to 4 nights. Lots of coffee shops and restaurant around, all the main attractions are within the walking distance or 10-20min using metro which is right in front of the hotel.

Small things but worth mentioning for other to be ready for: - The hotel is located on the main streets and next to one of the biggest metro stations - so expect it to be really loud especially in the morning (but only if you prefer to open the windows, otherwise i wasn’t bothered by noise while sleeping at night which is great) - For women - i’d recommend taking your own hairdryer because the one in the bathroom is really low power one and you will waste so much time to make your hair - The smell in the room was not pleasant, like when someone cleans with a dirty hoover, it’s that dirty socks smell, this is the only thing that spoiled my impression

We really appreciated the location, it was right across Gare St Lazare, so it made our trip really easy in terms of transportation. It’s also a beautiful area, and very nice spots are in walking distance. Also, coming from previous stays in other hotels in Paris, for the price of this room, I found it really spacious and clean. The reception management was also really good, they were super polite and friendly. Our views from our balcony were really nice at night.

If I have to say something, it would be the lack of enough shower gel. We were two people, and all that was in the bathroom was a tiny soap bar and a little bottle of gel for each of us. Since we hadn’t brought our own gel or shampoo, I really expected to find more quantity. We didn’t get to ask the recepcionist for more, but maybe if you ask them for more, they will give it to you. However, as I said before, this is just a minor inconvenience, our stay was wonderful and really exceeded my expectations :)

Location opposite the Gare Saint-Lazare was excellent. Old-world trafional feel to the hotel - very French post 1900 somehow. Lovely change from the modern "what city am I in now", feel of modern chain hotels. But still had comfortable rooms and nice shower etc. Sitting in the foyer area to have breakfast was great and again left you in no doubt you were in Paris! Will stay there again.

There is a lovely, tiny - 1 person plus suitcase or 2 slim people - lift which I much appreciated, but to get to it there were three steps so if you can't cope with stairs at all it would be worth noting this.

The location was fantastic. Literally across the street from Gare St Lazarre with all its train and metro stops. Also relatively safe especially compared to many other neighborhoods close to train stations in Paris! The rooms were decent and clean and for the price, a good value for such a good location in Paris.

Property is a bit dated. Carpets are pretty dingy and the room has an odor upon walking in. However, you didn’t notice it as long as you kept the AC running.

It was very close to most attractions. Just about 1.0 min walk to Galeries Lafayette, 1min walk to saint Lazare train station.

Professional and very friendly staffs, they speak English, I got to the property around 11am and the allow me check in early because the room was available. They also kept my baggage from 11 check out time till 6pm before I left for airport.

The location was in a bustling area, a good part of town, and a two minute walk to Saint-Lazare, which was why I stayed there. Staff were very friendly and spoke English. There was an elevator. Room was clean and had air conditioning.

There was some kind of loud base music that was the exact same tune and beat and played for a few seconds over and over and over again at regular intervals throughout day and night from somewhere outside. I could hear it through earplugs. The repetition was driving me a little crazy and not knowing what it was.

Excellent location, close to Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayettes, Printemps. The area has many nice restaurants and cafes. Easy to reach from Gare du Nord. Spacious room, very clean. Staff was helpful.

Lack of a coffee machine in the room. But this was not a big issue as there are many nice coffee places very close to it.

We've enjoyed our stay thanks to very central location. Gare Saint-Lazare is a main hub for other trains so travelling in the city was so easy. Rooms were revonated properly, everything was working and in good shape. Hotel staff was kind and friendly. I will not look for another hotel next time.

2 bottles of water on arrival would have been nice. Yet all was fine.

Room was surprisingly spacious. Furniture was date- but expected. Benefit of a balcony overlooking the city. Bathroom was spacious and very clean. Room service each day kept room spotless. Great location to explore all the sites in paris- lots of nearby restaurants and also transit

Dated furniture and carpet in rooms, small TV. But we were in Paris and not there for this. One person elevator can be hard to walk to top floor depending on mobility level
