Excellent location, just across the station, with many restaurants around. Hotel personnel was very friendly and check-in was easy and quick.

Not all floors are accessible with the lift, so you have to go up or down a small set of stairs, which may not be easy with a lot of luggage.

The L'Ouest Hotel was perfect for our first visit to Paris. It is near the Metro and buses, traveling was so easy, everything that we wanted to see was a short bus or train ride away. There are two cafe's and a Starbucks steps from the hotel entrance and lots of cafe's in the immediate area. The Paris Garnier Opera, Galleries Lafayette and Printemps are all within walking distance. The hotel is clean, bathrooms are new, beds are very comfortable and even though its in a busy area, its quiet at night. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful and speak enough English if you don't speak French. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are small, but we knew that and honestly, it didn't matter to us. We were out all day and it was more important to have a good location and a clean, comfortable room with a good bed for a good nights sleep.

-one stop away from Gare du Nord, 4 stops away from Gare de l’Est and located just outside St Lazard so great connection -24/7 front desk, secure building -comfortable bed and pillows -AC available -good shower, a lot of space in the bathroom -kettle and tea/coffee in the room -had an iron and board available from front desk -they have complimentary pastries to give out during the day which are leftover from breakfast -good value for price, we paid around €150 per night

-room lacked some natural lighting -no shampoo provided, only shower gel -elevator is a bit slow -key system is a digital key which they want you to leave every time you exit the building

We’ve been consistently impressed with L’Ouest Hotel, and the location is one of its greatest assets. Being so close to the Saint Lazare station makes getting around a breeze, and the convenience of the bus stop right in front of the entrance—taking you straight to the Eiffel Tower—is unbeatable. After a day of sightseeing, it’s such a comfort to hop back on the same line and be dropped right at the hotel door. This marks our fourth stay here, and amusingly enough, we’ve been given the same room for the past three visits. My wife jokes that it’s beginning to feel like our personal apartment in Paris—a lovely touch of familiarity that adds to the charm of our experience. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the staff. They are consistently helpful, accommodating, and always greet you with a friendly smile. That level of service keeps us coming back. So, keep up the great work—we’ll definitely be choosing L’Ouest Hotel again the next time we return to Paris!

The location of the hotel is pretty great; there are few nice restaurants in walking distance to it. The room was clean and a decent size; not big, but definitely not too small either.

The elevator broke down on the AM of our second day there; given that our room was on the 5th floor, walking 10 flights of stairs a few times a day is not fun at all, especially after walking the city throughout the entire day. No notice was given either, and we left the premises without it being fixed.

What a great location!! Hardly could be better. Right across a metro and train station and walking distance from the sights of Paris. We walked upto the Grand Palais for our Olympic event. Also, so many bars and restaurants in the vicinity as well as super stores selling almost everything . You felt safe at all hours of the day and night. Very helpful reception. Breakfast is a good spread without being extravagant. But all superstores nearby and every brand of fast food in the neighbouring streets.

Room rent was on the higher side but maybe during Olympics, it was to be expected. No room service. Rather small room but it’s Paris !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with you while we were in Paris! The entire staff was friendly and helpful and welcoming! Our room was on the 5th floor and was very clean and comfortable! We appreciated the always hot water as well as water pressure! The large bathtub was a treat at the end of a long day! There was ample lighting and many outlets for electronics as well (a rare find in our travels in Europe!) Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and toiletries as needed as well! We also appreciated being close to all public transportation which made it easy to get around the city! We would recommend and stay with you again should we find ourselves back in Paris again! Our only suggestion would be firmer pillows or more pillows on the bed. The pillows were so soft they offered very little support. Thank you for your accommodation and we hope to return in the future!

We stayed here unexpectedly for one night because all trains were out of commission. We booked and checked in about 20 minutes later. The hotel is old but has been refurbished. The room was spotlessly clean, it was quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern. The staff was very friendly and kind. Will definitely book there again if we are in Paris.

The room was a little small, but fine for 1-2 nights. There was no place to hang our towels in the bathroom except for a single hook on the back of the door, which was a little strange. The wifi could have been better.

Excellent location. Very close (half block) to gare saint lare train station. Very convenient for metro travel around Paris and day trip to town of Versailles. Operable window and blackout curtains in room. Heated towel rack in bathroom. Hot water kettle and luggage rack present. Electrical outlets located on both sides of the double bed. Laminate flooring. Clean. Semi renovated. Small room. Looks like the pictures on google. No frills. Was assigned room on 5th floor. Quiet enough but not soundproof. Bring your own earplugs if noise is a concern. Nearest Convenience store located within train station. Unlocked Baggage storage seems secure enough as directly in front of reception. Did not try the breakfast. Housekeeping daily. Good value for stay as we were mainly out and about most of the day. Would stay here again.

Narrow hallways. Small elevator. Odd shower doors (saloon style). Small closet area. Minimal area for in-room luggage storage. Combination body wash/ shampoo provided. Bring your own amenities (separate shampoo and conditioner) if desired.

The staff was very friendly, particularly the woman who was there in the morning and let us check in early! The air conditioner worked well and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good and the hotel is situated between 2 cafe-bistrots (so you can eat and drink all day!) Very centrally located, near transport, all the shops and not far from Champs Elysees and the sights.

We were a little close to the street and the train station, but given the busy location it was actually relatively quiet considering. The A/C drowned out most noise. Slept well.
