Breakfast was one of the worst in my life. No options at all and no varieties, when asked for an omelette was denied saying they don't provide anything such. Asked for check out just for 1 hour extra also was denied even though I checked in just previous night at 10 PM. Basically no consideration for any kind. In room the normal soap toothbrush was missing and then the phone was not working so had to run up and down for anything required. Location was fine. I had requested for street view and was given with inside hotel view.

The location was brilliant for us, with Saint Lazare metro station only a short walk away leading to anywhere you want. We also walked from the hotel many times to attractions and found it easy to do. Beautiful decor and high standard of cleanliness. Our room was serviced everyday without asking with fresh towels left. We loved it!

Location, location, location! The hotel is Centrally located, and in a great area for walking to all the sites in the city. The staff was extremely friendly and always available to help when needed in English. We paid to have the breakfast included and it was worth the extra fee. Little pro tip, you can book the pool for a private session for 30 minute time slots each day with the front staff and the dry sauna for 15 minute times slots separately. This was a great way to relax after a very long day of walking the beautiful streets of Paris.

The fridge was not cold.

Great location, so easy to get anywhere in Paris either walking or on the metro. The staff were all really lovely. The decor was beautiful and lots of quality amenities in the room (coffee machine, water, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser and amenity kits. You get a 30 minute use of the spa facilities and this is a private slot for your room only which we loved. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Paris!

Loved the location. Awesome neighborhood with tons of cafes, restaurants and small shops. Great architecture and walking distance to everything! Friendly staff. Very attentive when we called house keeping. Quiet neighborhood. And loved that we could open our windows and enjoy the fresh air in the evenings.

Not enough closet and drawer space. We were travelling for three weeks so we had more than other travelers might have with them. We were shuffling suitcases each day as we got ourselves ready. It would have been nice to have more space to store our clothes and avoid digging into our suitcases each day.

The hotel was well placed in the 8th district easy to walk to Le Louvre, the Opera House, Notre Dame, Champs Elysees, Arc de triomphe and even the Eiffel Tower. As a last minute booking this worked out really well. A huge thank you two the staff especially Yunus and Orlane. The swimming pool and sauna was a welcome relief. The use of which helped us relax. Well done and keep up the good work.

Unfortunately the lift was out of service which was a little annoying. Breakfast could have had a little more variety. But all in all the hotel was on point.

Brilliant location, cute hotel with more than average space for Paris - *stunning* balcony which we got to use in unseasonably sunny weather - delightful!

Spa felt quite snug with 6 guests (max capacity) but overall, can’t fault the hotel

I honestly can’t praise the Royal Madeleine Hotel & Spa enough. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — the same goes for the bathroom, which was elegant and immaculate. One of the highlights was the spa area. The swimming pool and sauna were fantastic — the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring Paris. Our room was made up daily, and each time it looked completely fresh and inviting, as if we were checking in all over again. The staff were warm, friendly, and always attentive, adding a personal touch that made our stay feel even more special. The location is another huge bonus — within walking distance of all the main attractions, yet tucked away just enough to feel like a peaceful retreat from the city bustle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

Everything was clean, no carpet on the floor, very nice shower and comfortable bed and pillows. The breakfast, both cold and hot, the ingredients were fresh and tasty. The hotel was walking distance to galleries Lafayette, Printemps, Gare Saint Lazare, restaurants, shops and sightseeing. We had a good time.

The hotel is beautiful, our room was perfect; balcony was much bigger than expected, a wonderful addition, especially with having a toddler, extra space is always a winner. The staff were attentive and friendly, the breakfast is lovely, the experience was great as a whole.

Wasn't expecting the 100€ a night deposit on arrival, we were there 7 nights, so quite a cost upfront after spending a lot of money on the hotel already. Not the hotels fault but tourist tax! This was a slap in the face after we spent alot of money on a beautiful hotel and days out in Paris. Something to look out for.
