First - the hotel is beautiful. The Parisian design and historical architecture is hard to ignore, and the restaurant/breakfast hall is quite literally breathtaking. Second - the kindness and quality of service was heavily felt. we arrived very early in the morning and received our room immediately, despite check in time was much later on. Third - the location. A few steps from Galerie Lafayette, close to restaurants and a buzzing nightlife area, yet still quiet at night and feels safe and clean. Fourth - room size (and balcony) was great!

- Breakfast is dull and hardly any options for vegetarians/vegans/GF, if at all. This is a continental breakfast, meaning mostly juice, pastries and cheese - no vegetables, nothing out of the ordinary. Not worth the price and not suitable with today's dietary requirements. - Parking is an issue in Paris as a whole, but some hotels do have an arrangement with parking lots. Luckily, we stayed at a different hotel the previous day which had an arrangement of this sort and managed to find super cheap parking for 3 days through it.

We travelled with a family of 5 including a toddler. From the moment we arrived the staff was so accommodating. Every staff member was very pleasant and helped us when we had questions - They even accommodated us with adjoining room which was very nice! The hotel is also located in a very safe part of Paris. It’s walking distance to many restaurants, bars and other attractions. You can catch a taxi or uber directly from the hotel and they’ll even order a taxi for you when needed. The food at the hotel is a little pricey but so is most of Paris. Overall, our family enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bedford and would stay again when we return to Paris.

I was so confused before my trip to Paris, because there’s always a risk to fail with hotel choice! Bedford Paris never made me feel like that. Perfect location, very good hotel, excellent service, clean , cleaning staff is great! Classic room is wide enough and even wide for Paris city. Shower / water/ wc cleanness, the most comfy bed , nice view to L’arcade street, helpful & kind reception team ❤️ During 7 days I enjoyed every moment. Also, you can go to anywhere by walking : Haussmann, Gallery Lafayette, even Louvre, Opera in few mins by walk, in general location is great for shopping and full of nice bars and cafes. It was a very clean and comfortably hotel and where the staff were pleasant and attentive. The location was great for the attending the Marathon de Paris and for sightseeing.

There were two things: On one day on returning to our room at the end of the day the door to our room was left open - this was reported and they reception were very apologetic and reported to housekeeping. Nothing was missing and believe this was more error that a break in. We were charged four days city tax per person on arrival, but, according to our records this was included in the original booking cost - so with have paid it twice.

Fabulous location - a short train ride from the Eurostar and close to several metro stations so very easy to get around Paris. Despite the central location, it was very quiet. I was with my nephew and we stayed in an apartment which had a double bedroom and a sitting room. The sitting room had a sofa bed and a wardrobe for storage. There were two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a shower over the bath. There was one toilet in its own separate room. The breakfast room is absolutely stunning and the breakfast buffet delicious. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially when my nephew fell and sprained his ankle and had to go to A&E.

The hotel was in an great location and close to many Paris attractions. Internet was great. I ordered steak from Room Service and it was honestly one of the best steaks I have had in a very long time. The French fries were also crispy and not oily at all. On my first day, one of the managers went up to my room and offered me a lovely hand-written note, with cookies and juice. I very much appreciated that!

One of the staff at reception, the lady who "welcomed" me to the hotel, was not very nice and I would say was a bit on the rude side. I did not feel welcome at all. But that was just her. Everyone else at the hotel was courteous, welcoming and very helpful.

Good location, nice breakfast, nice rooms wth a view. I was travelling daily to the Expo centre and the journey took ~45 mins each way.

Hotel lovely. Nice spacious reception. Traditional French style. Breakfast room gorgeous. There were three of so booked room with connecting bedroom. Gorgeous very clean spacious lovely shutters very quiet. Lovely breakfast well worth the 24 euros Great location. Affluent area and just 5 min walk to Madeleine station which give you access to all the tourist places.

Just a few small things when we arrived the first night I asked for teabags and service manager on duty said to me there was a shop 2 mins away were I could buy teabags I was shocked and even more shocked at it was 11 pm at night. We had breakfast each morning which was lovely but I do think they should have served all fresh fruit I think there was some tinned fruit.

The Bedford is beautiful and is very centrally located. Close to the public Metro system, restaurants, cafes and shops. It was a safe area and popular with families. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful with directions.

For the quality and price of this hotel I thought NOT having a kettle, coffee and tea facilities in the room really let it down. As a side note - there is no iron or ironing table, no slippers or bathrobes in the rooms (there is a common ironing room on the ground level)

Great location. About 2 or 3 blocks from the Madeline Church. Many restaurants and things to do close by. Highly recommend it, will certainly consider staying there again.

When we first checked in we were given a very small room that did not look like the pictures in booking.com, and with a safe that did not work. We went back and asked for another room with a working safe, advised the room did not look like the rooms in the photos, and we were given a better room. The second room was great, spacious, with a decent view of the street.
