Cozy hotel in a central location, perfect for exploring Paris. Its proximity to the St. Germain train station makes even distant destinations like Île-de-France and Giverny in Normandy easily accessible. The staff is very polite and helpful, and the breakfast is delicious and varied. Private use of the spa, including a Turkish bath and jacuzzi, is available by appointment. Highly recommended.

Great location, lovely decor, well equipped smallish rooms but normal for Paris The spa facility is only available between 11 and 5 otherwise for private use and fees to pay.

a little bit of low mood in the common areas and the small of the personal products they provide are not nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here, suite was spacious and comfortable, so quiet we slept so well, when we entered the room my daughter just went wow ! It’s in a fantastic location near to restaurants, grocery shops and the Metro only few mins walk. Some places we went to in pics were The Ritz, Angelina’s, Laduree, The Louvre, Dior museum, Eiffel Tower, pizza Pompei up the road. Hotel very well kept and staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious with plenty of choice fresh cut fruit, cooked breakfast, fresh pastries, choice of bread cheese ham, crepes, cereals, juices with friendly waiters. It is a brilliant boutique hotel and we will definitely return, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Maybe complimentary still water on a daily basis in the room would be nice a nice touch but everything else fantastic

Room, location, staff, breakfast, interior, bed, pillows, bedding. Almost everything was good or very good. I really liked the bathroom.

The jacuzzi worked at 1/3 - the rest was not working (broken). Also, the water level was constantly low - when we arrived, they topped it up, the next day it was low again, I reported it to the reception, however, the water level was not raised. It was almost impossible to be in the jacuzzi, because the water was splashing in all directions. As a result, on the second day, we spent about 30 minutes in it during the day and 10 minutes in the evening at the lowest speed of use, so as not to splash everything around. I was very surprised by such an attitude.

The location of the hotel was great as it close to 3 different metro stations and 2 train stations. In addition to this the hop on hop off stop was close by. This hotel is also in a trendy part of Paris so close to lots of shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, decorated elegantly and spacious (according to Parisian standards). The lift was also a decent size. The breakfast was great with good variety of dishes. The staff were very friendly and accommodating through our stay.

The location, boutique style, helpful reception, high standard of cleanliness, room with a bath, toiletries, bottle of Vittel. Also, almost everything in the room operated quietly and it was quiet when we walked on the floor. We didn't have any food at the hotel, inc breakfast, so can't comment.

It was boiling hot in the room at night in spite of us turning down the thermostat. One of the pillows could have been softer Bedroom could have been a bit bigger. Bit more drawer storage for clothes.

Really stylish. Absolutely excellent staff with a great attitude and willing to do all they could to help. Great location with a cool, relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable bed and well thought-out bedroom layout which compensated well for a small room

Connecting a device to the screen was near-impossible. We had to go out and buy an hdmi cable because the hotel wireless connection service did not work. Wasted frustrating hours trying to get this to work, despite the best effortd of staff who tried to find am hdmi cable for us. The shower was ok, but could have bedn better. Also couldn't find the card telling us how to use the internal telephone system.

Staff was very friendly and helpfull It was very clean The fact that the spa is open in the evening, to enjoy after a day of city exploring it felt wonderfull. The breakfast was very good, personall help and the refill was very fast.

The water in the bathtub/shower had difficulties with draining, it took quit some time. It felt the bar was not prepared to open, the uce tea peche was expired.

The staff and the room in general was great

The bar just outside the property is too messy , going in and out the hotel you need to pass by people smoking, drinking , lettering and unfortunately, sometimes vomiting 🤢

The staff are really friendly, the location is great (roughly 10-15 minutes away from most sight seeing destinations. The SPA is good for the money. Overall the hotel was clean, the staff were great and it is easy to get out and about from.

The mattress on the bed wasn't great. They care you for bottles of water (8 euros) go to the supermarket and pay less.
